At the very beginning of my spiritual journey I started working on not thinking negatively about others and not judging. Seeing myself in others, seeing God in others is what I am working on the most and I can say that for me at least it is incredibly difficult. It takes full commitment 24/7 but it is the most rewarding and life changing challenge I have ever taken on. Sometimes I think of others as cells in my body, when I look at others with love I feel like I am healing myself.
A couple years ago, after thinking about a retreat I had experienced in Sedona, where a couple of us were low key judged for wanting a cup of coffee in the mornings, I had this thought that if being “spiritual” was going to be as judgy as traditionalists and kind of precious, I was going to hang out with my beer drinking and chicken-wing eating friends and just be a kind person. Of course there are certain things I do differently, but I am still modeling light in a much more inclusive way that makes my heart happy.

I did not comment on your food video, so I shall bring what I felt then to this comment. It lightened my world. I knew 30 years ago that I am of the earth - no star seed in me. I live on a farm, and the beef we eat, we raise ourselves. I have tried being a vegetarian and a raw food vegan, and it simply never worked for me. It is difficult for me to know the cow, to see how adorable it is as a newborn, and to know I plan to have it killed and butchered in order to feed my family a few years down the road. But in the very wise words of an old Apache shaman and scout, when we feel the same level of pain for the plant we kill as we do for the animal, then we will understand oneness. The guides' words about the need for denser food for those of us who are earth spirits brought me much comfort, and I thank you for them. As for the rest of what you said, I'm an old woman of 76, new to the possible acceptance of reincarnation and channeling. I'm still working on that and, at the same time, working on changing my judgmental attitude into discernment and acceptance. Over many decades in natural and conventional health care I've REALLY noticed that people with type "O" blood can RARELY tolerate a vegetarian diet. But People with type "A" blood tend to have an easy time being vegetarians. This in not universal but correlates well with reality. We are what we are.

Being a Virgo - hypercritical is the shadow aspect. But since understanding that all souls have their own specific path and some have come to act in the dark shadow of humanity. None the less I would like it if they would not eat junk food , etc would eat better quality food . I noticed myself judging , I started cooking and offering my food . I'm glad I broke free from the grips of religion a while back. Just yesterday I was thinking about an important lesson I learned that I am not responsible for others thoughts, feelings, or reactions. My religion at the time taught the opposite. That you have to watch everything you do that so other's won't lose faith... This was even for things that wasn't in the Bible. The point of having faith is to be strong and founded as to not be shaken like what they taught. I realized they didn't teach strength they taught weakness. To be afraid, for your faith and the faith of others. To not ask questions, and to pretty much not do anything normal like hanging out with friends, going to a movie or even getting education. It was madness.
Peace and joy present in this message. I quit eating meat, dairy and gluten on my own accord because of digestive issues. Who knows what I will eat when this condition completely heals. A naturopathic doctor tested me and confirmed my convictions. My spiritual friends and sister have made fun of me over the years. I’m so happy I listened to my intuition. This is what we need to embrace and love where we are at the now moment. Eluna comes with truth. I’ve narrowed down whom I’m willing to listen. This is my main go to for truth.
I acknowledge that judgement of self and of others is something I am working on and transforming it into acceptance and love. Thank you so much. I was criticized in the previous post's comments for not eating much meat and even told i am not channeling when i bareky mentioned that i channel to. It amazes me that those wanting to ascend still feel and think it is compatible with judgement. When i error and am not humble, not open, not kind, then i appreciate being told so and given the opportunity to learn, accept, apologize and to grow. I hope that all here will take the opportunity. Growing, ascending requires us to address and shadow work, issues that are triggered, repair beliefs that are no longer congruent with current choices and beliefs to ascend. I am still in infancy with this but every message that comes through you in your videos is right on time for me and my evolution. I am a nurse by profession in the USA and I have seen so much judgement and enslavement attitudes/behaviors, including myself in all honesty, for the whole of my 12 year career but especially since 2020. It is very difficult and exhausting for me as I resonate with being an Empath and HSP but I know I need to keep going. I’m getting triggered less and less each month, and have zero attachments to outcomes anymore, which is sooo different for a control freak like me lol. As far as food, I don’t demonize any food anymore and on occasion I will eat something that doesn’t always “resonate with my system” but something I crave and without any guilt, nor do I shame others! But I confess when I tried to become vegan/vegetarian I had to keep myself in check as to not judge anyone for what they eat…and my favorite days of eating are the days I “cheat” for flavor. Now I I still don’t eat as much meat but if I crave it I’ll eat it (only if I know the hunter, but thats just me)…Always bless my food and water, always! To really open up and allow others to be who they are and allow for sending love and not anything less vibrational than love is a daily task and maybe even a minute by minute to ask. If we judge others we judge ourselves by placing standards that both of us must meet to be worthy of love. If we can not love ourselves unconditionally we can not love others unconditionally. I know it is tough for us to embody the Love of God but that's all the more reason to press on👍.
A very important message indeed. One that I try to remember in life, but remaining vigilant is quite a challenge. But what I have found is that my own self esteem and self love has increased by not judging other people. I believe not passing judgement actually releases us from judging ourselves and lifts an enormous burden from our own shoulders. Also, one of the first things I became more and more aware of during my awakening process was the pervasiveness of all kinds of slavery amomgst humankind, especially mental slavery.

I left the Episcopal church when they demonized me (I didn't get the max-i-nation). The church had on interest in supporting my relationship with the One, with my Inner Knower. What a great teaching! I'm guilty of being a light slave to this day even though I've made progress over the years to drop a lot of my judgement. Its so ingrained in us not to mention we live in a judgemental realm, which creates even more of a challenge. I'm going to make more of an effort to step away from media that promotes separation, which is about 98% of todays available content and spend more of my time connecting with Source. Over many decades in natural and conventional health care I've REALLY noticed that people with type "O" blood can RARELY tolerate a vegetarian diet. But People with type "A" blood tend to have an easy time being vegetarians. This in not universal but correlates well with reality. We are what we are.

Being a Virgo - hypercritical is the shadow aspect. But since understanding that all souls have their own specific path and some have come to act in the dark shadow of humanity. this is a good reminder . I share my home with 2 different people who eat very differently . I do like them both very much . None the less I would like it if they would not eat junk food , etc would eat better quality food . I noticed myself judging , I started cooking and offering my food . Glad to share , but there was that element to influence them somehow.

I'm glad I broke free from the grips of religion a while back. Just yesterday I was thinking about an important lesson I learned that I am not responsible for others thoughts, feelings, or reactions.
My religion at the time taught the opposite. That you have to watch everything you do that so other's won't lose faith... This was even for things that wasn't in the Bible. The point of having faith is to be strong and founded as to not be shaken like what they taught.
I realized they didn't teach strength they taught weakness. To be afraid, for your faith and the faith of others. To not ask questions, and to pretty much not do anything normal like hanging out with friends, going to a movie or even getting education. It was madness.

Peace and joy present in this message. I quit eating meat, dairy and gluten on my own accord because of digestive issues. Who knows what I will eat when this condition completely heals. A naturopathic doctor tested me and confirmed my convictions. My spiritual friends and sister have made fun of me over the years. I’m so happy I listened to my intuition. This is what we need to embrace and love where we are at the now moment. Eluna comes with truth. I’ve narrowed down whom I’m willing to listen. This is my main go to for truth.
I acknowledge that judgement of self and of others is something I am working on and transforming it into acceptance and love. Thank you so much. I was criticized in the previous post's comments for not eating much meat and even told i am not channeling when i bareky mentioned that i channel to. It amazes me that those wanting to ascend still feel and think it is compatible with judgement.
When i error and am not humble, not open, not kind, then i appreciate being told so and given the opportunity to learn, accept, apologize and to grow. I hope that all here will take the opportunity. Growing, ascending requires us to address and shadow work, issues that are triggered, repair beliefs that are no longer congruent with current choices and beliefs to ascend.

SO grateful to have found your important service to humanity, Eluña!! Your content randomly appeared on my feed and I was drawn to it immediately as I have a fascination with Atlantis and have been exploring the ancient wisdom of all cultures. I am still in infancy with this but every message that comes through you in your videos is right on time for me and my evolution. I am a nurse by profession in the USA and I have seen so much judgement and enslavement attitudes/behaviors, including myself in all honesty, for the whole of my 12 year career but especially since 2020. It is very difficult and exhausting for me as I resonate with being an Empath and HSP but I know I need to keep going. I choose to be a nurse to shed light where it’s so needed in our healthcare system and try my best to meet each human where they are. I have seen too many instances where there is not 1 way for everyone and it’s so crucial to listen to ourselves and choose what is best for our unique selves.

I’m getting triggered less and less each month, and have zero attachments to outcomes anymore, which is sooo different for a control freak like me lol. As far as food, I don’t demonize any food anymore and on occasion I will eat something that doesn’t always “resonate with my system” but something I crave and without any guilt, nor do I shame others! But I confess when I tried to become vegan/vegetarian I had to keep myself in check as to not judge anyone for what they eat…and my favorite days of eating are the days I “cheat” for flavor. Now I I still don’t eat as much meat but if I crave it I’ll eat it (only if I know the hunter, but thats just me)…Always bless my food and water, always! Thank you for this message! I love the statement of judgment creates division. Unraveling our prejudice toward things is sometimes difficult because we have to admit that we are prejudiced. To really open up and allow others to be who they are and allow for sending love and not anything less vibrational than love is a daily task and maybe even a minute by minute to ask. However, your message here today was a very helpful reminder of how easy it is to fall into judgment over the simplest and silliest things. I guess that's where the ego shows up. What a great teaching! I'm guilty of being a light slave to this day even though I've made progress over the years to drop a lot of my judgement. Its so ingrained in us not to mention we live in a judgemental realm, which creates even more of a challenge. I'm going to make more of an effort to step away from media that promotes separation, which is about 98% of todays available content and spend more of my time connecting with Source.
