Personalmente in generale nelle moto e non solo penso che prima si devono provare su strada e poi obbiettivamente dire le proprie impressioni tecniche.Fare commenti ironici per il solo scopo di sminuire un prodotto senza testarlo secondo me non se esce bene...poi comunque ognuno può dire la sua...ma ponendo un minimo di attenzione a ciò che si scrive con cognizione di causa!
It really isn't that bad if you use the correct technique to pick it up. I have dropped my V85 a number of times, They are a bit top heavy when the tank is full though. I have the engine guards so no damage to the cylinder heads though. That Gucci bike is horrific in my eyes. I realize beauty is in the eye of the beholder but that is not a good lucking combination.
I'm going to give the same advice to Moto Guzzi as I would give to Ducati- both manufacturers have an extraordinary past to embellish if they want to!- if motor Gucci would make a l e m a n s 850 look alike with all the super modern equipment it would be their biggest seller immediately because everyone is looking for a modern classic I'm certainly if Ducati were to go ahead and build a supermodern 750 Super Sport looking just like it looked in the early seventies with all the modern equipment it would be their biggest seller also both of these bikes would be in the 11 to $12,000 area to compete with the triumph bonnevilles and they would sell all around the world as many as these Italian manufacturers could build!
Ennesime versioni di una V7 che tecnicamente elettronica a parte non ha fatto passi avanti rispetto alle Guzzi che vedevo in vetrina nella seconda meta' degli anni '70.... mah... Nel frattempo hanno tolto dal listino Breva, Bellagio, Griso ( !! ) che con opportuni aggiornamenti ( anche al 4 valvole ) in collaborazione con Aprilia avrebbero avuto qualcosa da dire. Le politiche di Piaggio proprio non le condivido.
The V85tt looks like they kept the Centenario colors. But the black front fender looks like the engineering dept went home early and didn't let the paint dept know to paint the whole bike.....

So, in reality there's only one new Moto Guzzi -- the Mandello (as drop dead gorgeous as it is). Was really hoping that MG would (properly) update the aging V7 or at least release a similar roadster using the new Mandello motor. Bringing out tarted up hipster colour schemes every year doesn't count.
It might be ride good or more , but , look boring, the “wings” coming out at certain speed belong to the 90’s , I’m aspecting much more from Guzzi , much much more. There are dozen of better bikes for same or less money , but this is my personal opinion and count nothing.

Current guzzis may be the most gorgeous bikes on the market. I definetely want a tt, but not a blue one...
