Red Ball 4: Volume 3 - Game Walkthrough (all 1-15 lvl + Boss fight)

- This is it, the last in our Red Ball series of videos. So without any further ado, we give you Red Ball 4: Volume 3!
As this is the last in the Red Ball 4 series, and the last in our Red Ball playlist, you'd expect that this particular game would be a worthy finish to the series. And thankfully, it doesn't drop the ball (pun intended) and stays true to form. In fact, Volume 3 might very well be the most difficult of the games and the one closest to Nintendo hard.
Like the previous two Red Ball 4 games, the game looks great graphically. Unlike the previous two games though, it doesn't look very pretty. The first volume had you running about in relatively serene grasslands, hills, and plains. The second had you in a forest with trees, pools, and grass. While neither would really be ideal vacation spots, what with the demonic little cubes and crazy puzzles, neither can really hold a candle to this level. You're brought to a dark, drab, and gray urban factory environment that's really quite depressing. Everything is all dark and rusty, old and dusty, and generally unpleasant. It's still presented well though, but the drabness goes a long way towards making this feel like the end of a journey, not unlike the grays and whites of Bowser's castle in the first Super Mario Brothers game.
And speaking of the two Italian plumbers, this game has a lot in common with those castle levels. While Bowser had spinning bars of flame, this level has rotating lasers that will zap our poor little red ball into dust. It's also got huge metallic pistons that smash down to crush anything in their way. And there seem to be far more bottomless pits than solid footing making simply moving around a difficult task in itself. In fact, the level evokes feelings of Megaman as well what with all the metal, technological horrors, and difficulty.
One particular technological horror that awaits is the cube. You've faced normal cubes, be-helmeted cubes, ninja cubes, and any assortment and combination thereof. What you're presented with this time are robot cubes. Upon sighting you, these metal cubes will roll towards you as fast as they can and then explode after a few beeps of their internal timers. If you're close enough, the blast will take you out completely. Even if you're some distance away, the blast will still take some of your health away making these the deadliest and toughest of the cubes yet. On the plus side, as they blow themselves up, they're relatively easy to get rid of as long as you can dodge them.
A close second behind the robot cubes are the bottomless pits. There are dozens of these around, and the chain platforms that ferry you across are a task to stay on. They're only supported by a single chain which balances at the center, so one wrong move in either direction will see you slip off the steel platform and down into the aforementioned bottomless pit.

this is much better than the older version...the older one have a graphic like in super mario but this one is different...and I really like those exploding squares that can chase you as well...the laser obstacles gave more thrill and extra challenge to this game...very nice game... :)

The final battle for our brave little red ball has finally began! the big block awaits you inside their factory here in Red Ball 4: Volume 3! What you need to do here is to help Red Ball through the factory. You must guide him and make sure he finishes each level safely. There are now lots of obstacles along the way unlike before. Aside from the angry evil blocks, you will now face machinery that can kill you instantly! There are now robotic blocks as well that can self-destruct so be extra careful. Getting the the red flags will help you get checkpoints.
the game is pretty much the same as the other red ball series but it's still fun to play, the obstacles are definitely more challenging in this game but still beatable and fun to play, but the only noticeable change in this series is the graphics, it now has an industrial setting with pipes and metals in the background, check it out.
I agree but it's really fun to play, I just can't get enough of the red ball series, this one has more challenging obstacles, the hardest so far...but it's still easy...lol, i particularly like the lasers in levels, I had a great time dodging and running away from them, but sometimes i let the lasers cut through my red ball...ouch!...hehe.
So this is it then, the final battle...the big bad nasty and evil square is lurking at the end, albeit summoning all it's minions and might preparing for the final duel between him the the heroic red ball...haha, gotta' be there somehow, but first, how do I get past the lasers?
wet sprocket , have you reached the level boss? if you do you're probably annoyed by how easy the final battle was...hehe, I've already beaten it...too easy, but it's still fun overall, guess this is the last of the red ball series...lol.

Dude, It’s not over, Red Ball 4 Volumes 4 & 5 are available on the phone, it’s just it’s one big app, not split up into separate games like you see here. Volume 4 is on the moon, and volume 5 is in some underground cave, and that world is HARDER than box factory, so watch out. (You will have to do over the first three worlds, NOT IF you’re willing to pay $2.79).
This game is very nice. I really liked how each volume stepped up on their difficulty level. The game is still not that hard, what I meant on difficulty level is the challenging levels. There are more times you could die in each level than the previous volumes and I really liked the touch of exploding enemies. I let my little brother play it and he got hooked.

I agree with you kurt martin...this installment of the red ball series is the most difficult of all...the obstacles are more complex and harder to beat and the enemies are definitely tougher, but this game is still cool in my opinion...challenging and lots of fun...I do hope this is not the final chapter of the red ball series just like the game description says...I really like this game and lots of gamers like it as well...

Is it true? Is this the final installment of the red ball series? 'Hope not! This game is so much fun, this one has new challenges and better puzzles and the game difficulty has definitely leveled up, there are new obstacles like laser cutters and machines that can flatten the red ball, and then there is this bad square that can even self destruct...very challenging indeed, but I love it. Check it out.

My favorite part of this game, followed by 5, 4/2, and 1. Same goes with bosses, but there 2 is higher than 4.
Difficult, it was quite difficult, jumping, catching the stars and pooping sponge bob Lol. The laser, you must escape the laser or you will be burn, but the game is challenging enough for those who loves super Mario, this new game is quite better and nicer. This new game is fun to play, especially when you fall down, when you became angel and when you pop, the laser add more challenge and anxiety of the game.
I came in like a wrecking baaaalllll!!!! lol !!! too bad this really seems like the last of the red ball's adventure...But if you think of it, if you were the game maker of this and you noticed that many people have played your game, you will be making another sequel right? that's what I would do if I'm the one who made this... :)

This is another great game from the red ball series which is one of my favorite games series. The objective is same as usual. But I agree with ieatbooger4breakfast about the difficulty of the game. It seemed a bit harder than the other games of this series to me. Those lasers are also very tricky to cross. I got banged too many times by these lasers. Always love the funny expressions and the screaming of the red ball. 4 out of 5 from me.
This is very nice, I like the dark industrial look, and the obstacles have definitely leveled up, i like the lasers...it gives a high tech feel to this one, I like this one a lot, probably the best of the series...but I must admit, the final battle is not what I expected it to be, it's quite easy, the so called boss of all squares is not that tough...i was kind of disappointed.
I like it in the forest, there industrial theme is too dark and quite eerie, I think the cute red ball doesn't fit here, the obstacles are harder too, I also wanted to fight the final boss but I'm not quite there yet, I still need to overcome a lot of obstacles before I reach the boss battle.

This game is nice alright, but quite more difficult than the earlier releases, your goal in this game is to overcome all the obstacles in the level and reach the other end of the map, the obstacles are now harder than ever like machines that will instantly flatten you, evil robot cubes that self destructs when touched and even lasers that will cut you in half, the red balls quest is an arduous journey but it's nearing its end.

the settings of this version is far better than the older ones...and this is more difficult...the obstacles and enemies give more challenge unlike on the older versions that doesn't have enemies on the early levels but this one already gives challenge even in early levels...good thing they have been improving this game... :)
This game is really nice and fun...I wish this is not the end of the red ball series...I really enjoyed playing this game...I'll surely miss the red ball, especially the smile on his face...hehe. Anyway, in this game the developers seem to have leveled up the game's difficulty and all and the red ball seems to be getting out with a bang...check it out guys...this one's for the books...

Collecting Star is a great game plan.This game is not as easy as it looks. Level 1 was easy, but when I reached level 2, I had a hard time completing it. The graphics are cool, though. I really like how THE red ball looks, its cute, and also the other graphics looks neat as well. This new game is fun to play, especially when you fall down, when you became angel and when you pop, the laser add more challenge and anxiety of the game.

I think this is better than volume 2, the levels are more challenging, I like the industrial setting by the way, love the lasers too, luckily it never got me...lol. I guess my red ball is the best red ball there is...lol. check out the game, it's really fun you know, 'wish they never stop making sequels to this game.
