I can attest to them being good for beginners, I'm currently taking my MSF class and they're using a fleet of these for the riding portion. It's really small and incredibly easy to handle.
Is it cool? Motorcycles are supposed to be fun, cool? Looks like fun. I'm 60yrs in Michigan and ride a Sportster. I want cheap, fun. Thanks for sharing, J.
Really enjoying your KPM200 videos. I’ve been looking at these on and off for a while as well as some other motorcycles. I don’t have one, it would be my first, nonetheless I enjoy your content, keep it up!
Obviously not a highway bike but tempted to get one after getting my license to get used to riding a bike for a year and then get into something bigger.
As a older rider I was hoping you would go out on some back country roads and just enjoy the day. Every since I suddenly lost all air at 40mph speed is no longer a factor in my riding.
Its a great bike for back country roads for sure, but I wanted to show that it can do highways as well if needed. Thank you for stopping by and for adding your comments!
I have a Grom and an ADV 150. I am having a Lifan Xpect delivered on Wednesday. I have been running the built Grom and the ADV in the trails. I wanted something a little more purpose built so I went with the Xpect which is a sibling to the KPR. Can't wait to give it a go. Glad to see another person making content on these bikes. What Microphone setup are you using. Once I can get a good mic, I will start riding vlogs again. I may even just replace my GoPro and mic because I hate their expensive adapter that works like crap. 😂.
I had just purchased a Moto NK 300 in Corinth ny with 1000 miles on it. I have a feeling I might wanna test this one out as well. Great review I’ll sub,
Interesting bike - I think. Not once during this video did you show the whole bike. I do know what the top of the headlight looks like, though. Fingers crossed for the next video.
Wow, you're right... how in the world did I take all that footage and not once get the whole bike in the frame in any meaningful way? Thank you for pointing that out! I'm taking notes and learning all the time! Thanks again!
The Lifans are that good. But, hold off for the '23 4Vs. The 16hp 200CC models are great, but the upgrade to 20hp '23 models open up the usability of the 200CC Lifans
I'm trying to upgrade from my scooter to keep up with traffic. How did it handle uphill, could it get you up hills at speed or will I still be frustrated?
This all depends on your weight, what speed you need to maintain, and how steep the hill is... but for all practical purposes I found it to be just fine in most cases.
I'm 5'10" and around 200lb, so it may feel a bit small for you, but shouldn't be too bad. Its really hard for me to judge for someone else. Thank you for stopping by and leaving a comment!
Opposite question here... I'm 5 ft 100lbs, currently riding a stretched grom w/ a 27in seat height. Do you think this would be too tall for me, not too worried about weight since it's pretty lightweight.
My wife is 5' and she can touch the ground, but only with her toes (not flat footed). I think this would be fine, considering you can adjust the pre-load on the rear shock to "sag" a bit more. This will lower the seat when you sit on it. Hope this helps and thank you very much for stopping by!@@izabellals
Are your feet behind you a little bit or are the straight down, as if you're sitting in a chair? I need my knees and feet behind me, at least a little bit.
Venom has a fairly good (overall) reputation in most forums for selling these. this is where I purchased mine. I did have some issues with wrong info on the paperwork, but this was sorted out.
Not a beginner here and I have a KPM 200 and love riding it all over!

Awesome ride and scenery, Keith! Thanks for sharing what the mighty Lifan KPM 200 can do, especially with the right builder and rider!
Thanks again Michael! Glad you enjoyed it!
A good review and a great all-round bike for every day.
I just found u on here and all i gotta say is i hope u start posting more im enjoying the vids
Thank you for stopping by and thank you for the kind comment!

Just get it Jaybird... any bike will do.

Exc review. i have a HD sportster 1200 and wife has a Lifan 200. I enjoy riding the Lifan more around town. 🙂
I LOVE THIS BIKE. I USUALLY STICK WITH JAPANESE BIKES BUT THE KP GOT ME

The mic I'm using is a MOVO Mod:ACM400. So far its worked better then any other mic I've tried, and its cheap.

I noticed that shortly after I purchased this one (2022 model). The new model is a game changer! Thanks for the comment and input!
Thanks for the advice bro!
Would you recommend this as a beginner bike or no and is it cheap enough for the average American?
I would definitely recommend this as a beginner bike and very affordable!

Great video…what size are you? I’m 6.3 and 215…too small for someone my size?

Lifan IS Honda. Name swap in 93 is the only difference. Great Video
Interesting
What is the gearing? Makes a huge difference along with the 6 speed.
Running stock chain and sprockets (Front sprocket: 16t-428 - Rear sprocket: 49t-428)
How’s it holding up? Should I buy or pass? Thanks.
In my opinion, its a great value. You just have to understand the limitations of a 200cc bike. Thanks for stopping by!
It's a great bike I have 20 k no issues goes great
Nicolas cage is that you
Where's the best place to buy one of these online?

I want get one , never ride a bike, , need one, all I do work, eat , sleep, one day!
This is a perfect starter bike! Just do it! Thank you for stopping by!
whats a good website to order this bike from?
I ordered mine through Venom Motorsports. They seem to be the most popular place online to order the KPM. Hope this helps.
Truth
I get 85mpg on mine.
The air I lost was in the rear tire. Such a scary experience hope I never have it again.
No speedo? Wow!
Speedometer is mounted on the fuel tank...
lol
Strange location,@@dualsportjourney
Get out of the middle of the lane.
Stfu it’s an empty street
@@Rogue--gg6nt Obvously you are too ignorant to know why you don't ride down the middle of the lane.
