- Hey y'all! Welcome to PART 3 of the Springtrap full body cosplay from Five Nights at Freddy's! In this video, I completed the arms, and the suit is already starting to take shape! Thank you all for the insane amount of support! I've been busy with work, so it's been taking a lot of time from me making this suit. But, any free time I get goes to this project!

Springtrap is by far my second favorite animatronic. He is really well designed for the person he is in the franchise and has lots of story involved with him.

I have a suggestion: when your done making the suit, make a video telling us all the materials and tools you used to make it so that I can buy all the materials and tools that I don’t have. It would also be nice if you told us how much you used but that’s optional. Thank you for the great tutorials!

Ive been thinking of making a springtrap head. Any advice would help a bunch.

That's awesome! Have patience and confidence. You'll make mistakes along the way which is totally normal and a good thing! It allows you to improve. And also watch my tutorials which will hopefully guide you in the right path 😁

Would it work if you put a long strip of elastic on the inner part of the arm pieces (inner elbow side inside of the arm pieces) and attach it to all the arm pieces so they stay together as one large piece? The only thing would be that it might show, but if youre wearing all black underneath, it shouldnt show too much

@@TURKYLEG well you'll need everything you've seen in the video, foam and fabric, but again, I'm not sure all the other stuff like wires and other details because I haven't gotten to the detailing part yet. I plan to make that a separate part where I add all of the wires, elastics, metal, etc

Hey do you think its better to have a 2 peice costume that has the entire body connected and the head seprate or have it in peices like you are doing here. hope you can answer this king of cosplays
Honestly I'm not sure. This is the first full suit I'm making so I don't know which one would be best. Sorry, I know my answer doesn't help much, but I'm new to making a full suit.

Also, I cut triangles and now it more tighter.. ITS NOT FITTING?! where exactly do I cut the triangles?
It's possible your triangles are too high for the actual circumference of the foam head. Honestly, it just takes trial and error. Same thing happened to me. It's okay to make mistakes, it's how we learn! Know you'll know next time to make the triangles shorter! What you can do is cut a hole in the top, and hot glue a piece of foam to fit that hole

You could always try EVA foam. It is a different process though when making the costume. There are tons of videos online showing how to use it that could help 😁 🙏
How long does it take to do all the full cosplay?
Honestly idk. I didn't keep track, and I didn't work on it as often because of work and school. Plus it'll be different for everyone based on the effort they put in, how often they work on it, and how experienced they are

@@Joe_Mama887 It looks great! 😁 Try cutting the eye holes out and the scars so it starts to take shape. It'll be easier to determine that way. It's also hard to tell if it's too big or too small because you weren't wearing it as a reference. I would, but the only problem is that it'll be super expensive to ship 😭😭 How much were you thinking of paying?
@@AyeJayDeeDIYI could cover shipping, and maybe 50 - 70 usd? Or whatever you think
@@novax1_ I tried selling them before, and shipping is about $100-$150 because of size and weight. And I couldn't do 50-70. It costs me on average $35 to make them, so I wouldn't be making much profit, and they also take a long time and are good quality, which increases the value. I've actually had quite a bit of offers for $450+ for my masks which is crazy! When I get bigger on RUclips though, I plan on doing giveaways, so keep a look out for that! 😁

Well it depends on the time zones. I had to premiere it at around 7 from my time because most of my viewers live in a time zone that's like 3-4 hours later than mine. That way it isn't too early for them
