I have to say, I watched this video 5 times, in a row. This build was more than about a house. I was so inspired, moved, encouraged and amazed, by what Matt was able to do and the reasons behind it. His house is stunning but his personality is so much more. Never, have I been emotional about a house, but here I am, so honored, humbled and grateful, to have seen this video.

The tiny house is amazing, but as others have said, Matt is even more amazing. I don't think I've seen another house that truly reflects its owner/builder to the extent that this one does.

I have watched literally thousands of tiny house videos and this house is my favorite. Matt is amazing 👏 and has done an incredible job creating this beautiful house. You can tell that Bryce was immensely impressed by the house and by Matt. The message of conquering uncertainty (with this build and his medical challenges) is a wonderful reminder that despite life's struggles, there is beauty in the struggle. Life is so precious and Matt reminds us to be grateful and always try to grow and be content with what you have and where you are in life.

This is the first home I have seen that included several pieces of sentiment without a look of clutter. Every piece has not only a place, it looks like it belongs where he put them. This is truly a home, right down to the comfy sofa! I pray this man will have many more years of life ahead to enjoy the fruits of his labor.

This is such an amazing story! Matt seems like he’d be one of the nicest people you could ever interact with. His use of reclaimed materials and design incorporation is genius. He knocked this build out of the park. I’m late to the party, but the production and story here are fantastic.
The documentary, "65 Red Roses" brought the disease to my attention. Such a horror... up there with ALS. My grandmother died from ALS. Two neighbor children died from CF. With the technology of today, no one should ever have such disease.
i just love the industrial/whimsical style of his home, and how almost everything is repurposed/gifted by friends. he has a fulfilling job and a free soul. what a lucky man. :)

No kidding! Matt has an infectious and beautiful personality that you just want to be around with no matter what. TodaysRealHealth to an extent you are right in that a nutrition dense diet is helpful in improving overall health and helping to reverse some conditions, but there is no cure for Cystic Fibrosis, only medications that can correct certain genetic mutations. And they have mixed results depending on the patients body chemistry. But even with those drugs, you still have to be vigilant about doing breathing treatments and staying on top of your health.

Wow. Out of all the houses and stories, this one truly touched my heart. I love that he took inspiration from so many places, as well as bringing back sentimental pieces and incorporating them into the the build. Most of us hang pictures of our friends. This guy prides himself on having a fence, or a stove that he has memories built in them. So beautiful and pure. I can only wish him the best!

This is the first home I have seen that included several pieces of sentiment without a look of clutter. Every piece has not only a place, it looks like it belongs where he put them. This is truly a home, right down to the comfy sofa! I pray this man will have many more years of life ahead to enjoy the fruits of his labor.

The documentary, "65 Red Roses" brought the disease to my attention. Such a horror... up there with ALS. My grandmother died from ALS. Two neighbor children died from CF. With the technology of today, no one should ever have such disease.

the most amazing part was the skills used were all self taught. I thought he was a carpenter by trade because the home is well built and detailed. This is my favorite home. Thank you Matt and Bryce.

No kidding! Matt has an infectious and beautiful personality that you just want to be around with no matter what. I love that vibe I get from him here because I can instantly feel a connection with the dude around struggling through tough times in life with illness to the love of grandiose and epic aesthetics! Like, I can't stress that enough how much heart is in the home as well as the person. I love how he is open about stuff like dealing with that pain and not shying away from what makes him feel like "a man" as he is expressing his emotions with sincerity. I really wish him the best of luck in continuing to persevere and for him to find someone he loves and shares his great enthusiasm. Really deserves it! :)

TodaysRealHealth to an extent you are right in that a nutrition dense diet is helpful in improving overall health and helping to reverse some conditions, but there is no cure for Cystic Fibrosis, only medications that can correct certain genetic mutations. And they have mixed results depending on the patients body chemistry. But even with those drugs, you still have to be vigilant about doing breathing treatments and staying on top of your health.
I never tire of watching this interview and home tour. Thank you, Bryce! His home is as exceptional as he is. Keep on keepin’ on, Matt!!💐

Wow. Out of all the houses and stories, this one truly touched my heart. I love that he took inspiration from so many places, as well as bringing back sentimental pieces and incorporating them into the the build. Most of us hang pictures of our friends. This guy prides himself on having a fence, or a stove that he has memories built in them. So beautiful and pure. I can only wish him the best!
