ESB Mobility Awards Winners 2022: the experience of Zeynep Karagöz

Zeynep Karagöz has carried out her PhD at the MERLN Institute in Maastricht, the Netherlands. Zeynep was a winner of the ESB mobility award 2022, which enabled her to spend three months at the Julius Wolff Institute in Berlin, Germany. The aim of her stay was to develop a multiscale model combining finite element and agent-based models to investigate the tension-mediated reversible fibroblast to myofibroblast transition.
