You can if you keep the cabin locked instead of Emma and Abi breaking in, but the best outcome for him is getting infected and keeping the arm or shooting it off since that doesn't stop the infection, he's the only character who can't die or kill anyone once he's transformed. (Also the scene of him transforming is the best one, highly recommend watching it or replaying and keeping his arm)

This is so cool, whats great about games from Supermassive like The Quarry is that, we can basically hang out with Dylan in real life cuz Miles is a real dude, so unlike most games with voice actors but the in game character is different, since SMG uses real actors, it makes watching them in interviews and stream the game so much cooler.
