1) you should assign a nightclub technician to your grass farm, now that you have it.
2) by doing like 5 or a couple more client jobs of the terrorbyte, you can unlock the trade prize of the mk2. So you should definitely add them to the wheel.

23:00 This reminded me of the time I tried to do this heist and I put a guy at level 121, I think as the pilot, he couldn't even get the plane out of the hangar, after that I called a friend of mine at level 2 and put him as pilot and completed it in the second attempt.

100% HSW and normal time trial are horrid!!! Also the prison officer can drop you weapons before you enter the prison and they get them back in online session!
