Thank you love your videos❤ Just FYI I’m not sure how old you are but we do hormone changing in 20s so if you remember in your teens being super low energy tired( I was) this also happens at different times in life. That said since you put yourself out here a-lot it wont hurt to do a protection spell/ritual off camera for yourself. Another ritual that I like is right before sleep I state, “ I release myself from all contracts signed knowingly or unknowingly by me in all realities/ timelines” and “ I will wake up in my most optimal timeline for my greatest good” I find both of these helpful❤
