- What should you do with your arms when salsa dancing? How do you find the balance between looking rigid and doing too much?
Check out these tips for taking your natural arm movement and applying it to salsa dancing.
In a future video we'll talk more in depth about the upper body movement that generates arm movement and completes the picture, but for now consider this an introduction to arm movement in salsa.

Great explanation for natural movement!
I like the tip on walking and bending the elbows. I never though it like that! Same with the arm movement should not over take your salsa movement!

I liked your presentation, but I feel it lacked the break down of the movement per the salsa step.
Yup confirmed I can't dance. I can't incorporate my arms with my legs and I can't incorporate my legs with my brain😭😭 I need to dance for our PE tho
