I would worry less about the hands and more about where the water comes from.
I personally think it's made up of cornflour, dalda, just 5% milk, chocolate essense and colour and sugar. It is churned in a washing machine jisse usme hawa bhar jaati and increases the volume. Kuch nahi hai sirf diabetes and cholesterol ki dukan hai. Better run chilled fresh milk, drinking chocolate and sugar in the mixie, you will get this same drink but healthier.
