Laser 3D Screed All Contracting

Screed All Contracting uses the newest innovation from the proven industry leader - Somero® Enterprises: The Somero® S-840 Laser Screed® coupled with a certified Somero® Operator.
Somero® S-840 has the option of flat floors or 3-D profiling at a better rate than larger Screeds.
The Somero® S-840 Laser Screed® has the ability to give higher FL numbers than hand screeding and with less labor. The 3-D profiling option can do parking lots, flat floors with drains, and any pours with multiple slopes and contours. After points are shot with the Somero’s® 3D Total Station, it can give you the actual size of the pour and the cubic yard quantities of concrete.
The S-840 is a smaller machine with only an 8’ head and it drives effortlessly through concrete. If you are working at a job site without a lot of room for concrete trucks, it can pull into the fresh concrete and out away from the trucks. Once the trucks begin emptying, the compact S-840 has the ability to slide in behind them and begin screeding operations.
The light weight of the S-840 allows it to be set on elevated decks similar to the Somero® Copperhead unit but it does not require the additional labor to keep fresh concrete from going around the head on the already screeded side, thanks to the S-840’s automatic auger. The S-840 has the same head as the bigger screeds with enough plow to cut concrete to within ½”, followed by the auger to cut to the final grade, then allowing the vibrator to consolidate the concrete. The S-840 can also pull low slump concrete with less labor, while at the same time produces a higher quality final product than by hand with more labor.
The S-840 can screed 4000 SF per hour on a normal pour with a high flatness level with the lowest cost per job Screed.
