I played with a guy named Lenny one time. I was a pretty decent solo player and he was a high hour clan member and expert pvper. He was bored because there were not other big clans on the server truly contesting them, so he decided to do a bit of op4 himself. Since he liked how I built we agreed to a division of labor, I would handle the building and he would bring loot back to the base. He murked farmers by the dozen, and turned on his own clan dumpstering them in 3v1s where I played a minor part and holding his own against 6 or 7 other high hour clan members. Lenny is a towering lumberjack and other players connected to the game are saplings waiting for his axe. I've played against hackers many times, reporting them and raiding them. I've watched AloneinTokyo and other top tier solos... my money is gonna be on Lenny. Every time. We were laughing about how badly he was shitting on them while I put their kits in my lockers and upgraded the base as fast as I could. After 3 or 4 hours of us steam rolling everything that moved on the server, we were a big enough problem his clan scouted my hidden base and started sending a raid with 8-10 players fully kitted. Once they started rocketing, we pvped until we both died once and they got one door deep and he messaged them in all chat that it was him and not to raid me. It was pretty legendary. Playing with Lenny felt like the game had transformed into a simple arcade claw game, only you got a custom built excavator and the prize pool was Scrooge McDucks gold coin swimming pool vault and you had no time limit. Storing the loot was a real problem right away, and was a driving force behind expanding the base as this was before the double large box update and I had been playing as a solo so I built in and winding up out of a rock crevice. Another absolute Legend is my friend from Greece, who joined up with my clan after falling out with a huge Greek clan. He was a great solo player and pvper, and one of the only other solid all rounders in our group. Several times that I logged in to the game I would read all chat and people were calling out HIS grid coordinates either trying to take revenge or out of sheer terror. He was using the handle [ttk dr death] at the time. It was just great to see people call out your team mates like attack heli sightings. "ttk near light house" "dr death around C3" just warms your little heart. I also played with an older gentleman who always talked about how he got raided everyday, but adapted his gameplay. His name was Eppis. Eppis couldn't really pvp, he just wanted to gamble. So he would build a modest base, but not cheap to raid... farm metal, cook it down and sell the frags for scrap to gamble with. Eppis had no use for guns, or gun powder, he was a peaceful man who just liked losing scrap to casinos. So a clan would raid his base, and find lots of charcoal and nothing else. They kept raiding him, so I guess they needed charcoal or it was different groups. We took him under our wing and he became our charcoal plug.
For those god rocks, make sure to use roofs for the top portion of the honeycomb. If the terrain is an upward slope on the front side, you can make a pyramid terrain bunker.

I don’t do aim trainers but I do a lot of ffa ak on ukn, I think playing that is basically an aim trainer and your getting better at crosshair placement positioning and whatnot
