Oh yeah i have heard about this, there's a song with no name where they mention this legend and i got to find more about it from akidearest, that this was a girl who got somehow teleported to different places which was wayyy far for a train to go, Yes it was in Japan but the places were so far away from the station the girl took the train from and she updated about these stuff in 4chan, those posts are now gone but it now is a legend. And no, there is No such station/place called Kisaragi in Japan, atleast that's what the map shows

It's from a thread on 2chan (the Japanese version of 4chan) and to this day no one knows what happend to the op of that thread or what line did they take to get there. The last words that op put were "my phone's battery is running out I'll go investigate the tunnel to see if there's someone there that can help me" and after that said op was never heard from
This really reminded me of the "Bus 375" in China.If you guys want the story here- There was probably like 4 people in the bus , they were all traveling home in a very cold night and the driver was stopping at the last station. Strangely the people that came in was dressed as a old professor (idk what that costume is called). There were 3 person , 2 was squeezing the other person and their face was very pale. The people in the bus was confused the way they walked and dressed but did not care. But , a elderly woman noticed their strange behavior and decided to keep an eye on them. Sure enough all 3 of them had no legs, that woman was shocked. She wanted to rescue all of the people In the bus but could only take one because if she asked everyone to move out that would be suspicious. So , the elderly woman faked that a young man took her purse . That man was astonished and demanded to go to the police station right away. So the driver dropped both of them of and continued to drive away.. Before stepping off the bus with the young man , she whispered : "Sorry I could not save all of you.." Then told the man he should be very thankful she had saved him. The man looked confused and asked why? She told him they had no legs and they were ghosts haunting that bus since that's the bus they died in... Shivers came down the mans spine and they reported the bus to the police. The next day , bus 375 was found crashed and burnt . The three ghost was rotten right away , which was odd for the police because the driver and nurse was not rotten yet. They noticed that "oil" was dripping from the car engines and went to check . Only to see that it was not oil , it was blood. Fresh blood that came from no where..
