comparing this to other "Intro to commercial drone pilots videos". this has a genuine feel to it and not just a space filler video. you have included so much decent advice and details. it is by far the best video for this category. thank you for sharing!!!
as a freestyle/racer for a while now, Ive been able to get to the point where i know how to repair/troubleshooting anything. Also have gotten to a point where im confident in my skill as a pilot. Now to focus on landing jobs, creating a portafolio is where im struggling. This video was just for me! thanks man
Still sitting at 9 to 5 job here and spending most of free time on the hobby. This video was a GREAT wake up call regarding social medias and false believes that I kinda felt into as well. Honestly, thank you. Gonna rethink and lets see where the project is in two years from now. Another great guy from the community, you got a new sub and more importantly, supporter. PS: Cheers to JoshuaB and Blunty
Hey man great video. I feel as though this is more of how to grow in the FPV space type of video. I do think if youre starting, social media can be a really good tool only if used effectively. If I had a video that would most likely accumulate half the views you had...I'd redirect the traffic to a website or other socials whilst also networking, travelling and meeting like minded people and also doing some odd jobs. That is my plan....The main pro is that i live in a touristy country so im happy for that. Wont be easy but im really dialled down. Wish me luck!
I've held off watching this till I could focus on it...very interesting content. Some questions: what was your major in college and what got you into FPV?
@@ian.tunney Thanks for the reply. I think your plan to go the PA route was an excellent one and I am happy for you that your work is being recognized. Owning your own business is both exhilarating and terrifying and your attitude towards your business is excellent. I'm a new drone pilot, interested in FPV, but unlike you, am waaaay older with both time and money to dedicate to the craft. I'm now a subscriber and will follow you on your journey.
How do you get around flying FPV with the new laws. I want to go and fly for fun but in Australia its technically illegal. I don't want to hurt/risk my brand by posting content to socials.
Came here from FPVNews w/ Bardwell. That was insightful! Thanks for putting this up.
Same bro lol

Majors were communications and philosophy, I saw the rising popularity of FPV on RUclips and had a lot of time on my hands during the pandemic

Still watching…. What all drones u recommend to start off with and GoPro?
As a 13 year old i can say i would love to go pro but cant part 107 until im 16
A bit of a different perspective, but I am also wondering how you can make this into an A. More stable job and B. More social job?
Any thoughts?
