Here is my theory: You see how penny piggy and his brother George piggy both have a stuff animal, and they are both turned into some sort of monster, almost like they are corrupted. I think Penny piggy messed up Mr.P's potion before she and the piggy family (besides George of course) go to the hospital, they all drink the potion, and turned infected. After penny scare George piggy away, she decided to make her own potion, one that could corrupt a body, and turn it into a monster, her first targets were her teddy and George's dinosaur, they were both corrupted, and the potion that penny created is the potion we see at the end of the piggy book 2 trailer. (Btw the reason i think penny was still kind of in control of her body is because if my theory is correct, she overcome the potion from anger, maybe she doesn't like George?) Mr stichy only appears when you are by your self, he shows up in house, school, carnival, and Allys even though you are with doggy. House: you are looking for George. School: you meet bunny. Carnival: you meet Pony and Zizzy. What if Mr Stichy is trying to stop you from meeting your friends. He is watching you. Always watching. Also if you go to the stairs in the forest where you summon Mr Sticky there is a note if you didn’t know.

When in the beginning of the story line penny pig too mr stichy every where like teddy like peppa does so she must took it with her and being g a kid she must have been playing with the potions and stuff and pretending its tea you know like kids do so she must have atleast a drop of every potion there which is mr.p prototype potions which gave mr stichy powers like mutation strength and infestation cause penny being a kid must have dropped some potion on stichy too ofc there quite things in this theory that are not in the actual piggy story line but this a theory so I can put whatever I want >:3 but anyway so mr stichy was left in the hospital alone for weeks and months so it had alot of time to mutate like George's dinosaur cause dino piggy was also George's toy and it mutated and got infected thats my theory take that kreek iam a big brain too >:3
