That is a serious piece of kit, with an audio sound to die for! Apart from some of the primary strikes looking to be worryingly close to base of the secondary, the streamers otherwise have a lovely action to them, especially the ground strikes.
Very nice SGTC! While it certainly is deadly, 1 million Volt is an exaggeration. The voltage being built up on the topload, before breakout, is around some 400-500kV at maximum and that rapidly drops once the arc is formed. Spark length in a high frequency Tesla Coil can NOT be translated to the old rules of thumb for spark length between two spheres/pointy objects. The spark channel voltage, due to the high current, can be as low as a few hundred kV for sparks several meters long.

The obscene gesture itself is far older than that, though. As many writers have pointed out, the middle finger became a symbol of the penis at least 2,500 years ago. In Aristophanes’ 423 B.C.E. play The Clouds, the character Strepsiades jokes that when he was a boy he kept time by tapping his phallus rather than his middle finger. If showing someone the middle finger wasn’t already a common insult at that time, it became one within the next century. The Greek philosopher Diogenes showed his middle finger as a sign of disrespect to the orator Demosthenes in the fourth century B.C.E. (The ancient Greeks also associated the penis with birds, although there’s no evidence that they ever referred to the middle finger itself as a bird or showing it to someone as “flipping the bird.”) The ancient Romans called the middle finger digitus impudicus, or the impudent finger. In a show of superiority, eccentric Roman Emperor Caligula made senators kneel and kiss his middle finger, which was understood to represent his phallus. The middle finger gesture fell out of favor during the Middle Ages, likely because the Catholic Church disapproved of its sexual suggestiveness. The earliest known use of the bird in the New World didn’t come until 1886, when a pitcher for the Boston Beaneaters flashed his middle finger in a team photo.
Interesting. Ironic that we should now intertwine our middle finger with the index finger, as a declaration of hope. The index finger, after all, is often used independently as a means to remove dried nasal mucus. In isolation, the middle finger, or the "tall finger", and the index finger are used to represent a dick and remove boogers, respectively, but in tandem are used to represent hope. I have seen some who use the pinky to engage booger removal, but those individuals are few. More non-traditional pickers, I would guess, prefer to use the thumb. I have had little luck with either of those, as my index finger seems perfectly suited for that challenge. I do, however, use my middle finger and index finger as a means to identify the presence of electrical voltage on potentially energized objects. This is done by extending the two fingers in a "V" configuration. The fingers are then made to have physical contact with the electrodes in question. If the electrodes are energized, the tissue within each finger will allow for the flow of electrons; E=IR (ohm's law). This process is quite efficient, as human tissue is a superb conductor. The quantum event is realized metaphysically by the transmission of pain to the brain. So, in a sense it would seem that metaphorically, I am using my dick and my boogers to see the invisible world of the subatomic.

Quite the impressive coil! I love that you included the specs.
Fantastic Thanks for this devilish show Great work.
Nice build. Love it!!!

As good as it gets Randall, well deserved.

When the arcs hit the white cable, does that melt the insulation on the wires on that spot? The wires would be dangerous af to use after that...
That's bad ass Randall
Really great coil, thank you for sharing! I"ve been looking in to building a bigger one, but this is quite the beast! (I'm thinking 3-6ft for me haha)

I wanted to comment that too lmao
No hate to him btw

To me this is more like 2000000-3000000V. Very impresive!
Monsterous SGTC!! I'll build one if I ever get my hand on a pole pig transformer
WOW" SPECTACULAR
Awesome love the power
Nice
A little bit crazy 👍👍👍
For me looks great but dangerous. In 1:11 spark reached camera distance? I guess 50kHZ would kill in no time.
Nice job.
50 kHz or 500 kHz doesn't matter here. That's a great discharge energy and massive coil. If one arc hits you grounded -> bye-bye ..
@G E T R E K T 905 Don't try to disprove me. Maybe, you will not live to try twice!
Amazing!!!!!
Oh yes that rocks.
Very good but you want some protection to not arc with itself
i really wanna build this!
So cool
Oh sh*t! Run!

Good work mate .. I have a 10kw coil on my channel 🤣🤣👍👍
Sweet! Makes for a nice home defense platform. I think I'll hook mine up to the MMD at the front of my driveway. For those unwanted guests.
This would make your unwanted guests into mashed potatos
Well. looks like something burned out there at the last moment.

Tesla copper sends the current into the ground so if the current hits the maganese it is the volcano.
