All these trials are testing drugs. What about natural autophagy through fasting or exercise? Why are all studies focused on making pharmaceutical companies richer and patients more dependent on drugs?

Because it takes money for these studies and and all natural ways to benefit your health are free, so the drug companies and the medical research teams are partners. Its why when u go to the doctor the first thing they do is throw medicine at you instead of actually telling you the root cause and how dietary changes can actually heal you. Natural ways are free and nobody makes money on that. For instance I healed my issues and no longer take any medications by simply eating fatty meats for a year. No more blood pressure, depression,thyroid,acid reflux, arthritis, skin disorders, autoimmune medications anymore. The grains, fruits,vegetables we were told were healthy for us is actually slowly killing us and causing many, many diseases and disorders.
