I am trying to pair another controller to our ps5 and it’s connecting one or the other. It won’t let me use both. Do you have any ideas on why it’s not allowing me to connect both controllers? Thank you, note if you have a pre registed controller that you used before and paried it to pc later on and want to reconnect it, you'll have to delete it from the Bluetooth so it can be re-added.
