The Gauhati High Court has jurisdiction over Assam, Nagaland, Mizoram, and Arunachal Pradesh and High Court of Hyderabad has jurisdiction over Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. These two High Court's have jurisdiction over one or more states excluding Union Territories. Besides these following High Courts share with states and Union Territories: 1. Bombay high court - Maharashtra, Goa, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Daman and Diu. 2. Kolkata High court- Kolkata and Andaman and Nicobar 3. Kerala high court- Kerala and Lakshadweep 4.Madras high court- madras and Pondicherry 5.Punjab and high court- Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh
But now andhra pradesh and telengana have seprate high courts with andhra pradesh high court in amravati and telengana high court in hyderabad after 1st jan 2019.

Private collage and schools should disclose complete balance sheet. and can be audited and questioned. every school and college must pledge for running non-profit. and must disclose and resolve if any confidant of interest. if found afterwards in audit or checks based on offense to can be as criminal offense.

Yes generally 5 years ki hi hoti hai aur hai bhi. It's just 42nd Amendment attempted to increase from 5 to 6 years. But 44th amendment nullify this change.
Ma'am according to article 4 any changes in boundary and name to any states will not be considered as amendment so how can be `'state reorganization' considered as 7 constitution amendment?
In order to implement the scheme of States reorganisation, it is necessary to make numerous amendments in the Constitution. 2.-The reorganisation scheme involves not only the establishment of new States and alterations in the area and boundaries of the existing States, but also the abolition of the three categories of States (Part A, Part B and Part C States) and the classification of certain areas as Union territories.
