I just love that Kiara was basically the main DPS. She might not have dealt the most damage, but she certainly was attacking Theresa the longest. Especially P1 was a delight.
Tbf I'm using Andreana in the worst way possible here lol. Also with better skill timings she would save Pudding from dying to the Sudaram since she prioritizes that enemy rather than the boss. Admittedly they're bizarre for prioritizing low def enemies when their own attack is on the high end but it has its use cases and it's good for ignoring enemies with taunt.
Imagine making cool as hell mechanic for the boss and then it can be easily ignored by everyone and everything. Was so scared at first from these cocoons, then on 2nd try retreated my op when she casted that ability and the stage just ended. My disappointment was immeasurable.
@@rw6611 Oh yea when I first cleared this stage I didn't know retreating causes the cocoons to not spawn so I did a conga line of units transferring the cages to themselves lol. Altho really u only need one ranged unit to deal with the cocoon and u can kinda just leave them be so even if the retreat method didn't exist I don't think it'd make that much of a difference.
@@akilsam well, even if you'd need to bait it with one ranged unit it's already at least some interaction, and it cuts the time you have for bursting through 2nd phase if you baited it too close. Idk, maybe it was possible to nerf this ability somehow but force player to interact with it more. Not even mentioning how much time you have for multiple redeployments and how little damage boss does with her balls. I understand that they didn't want new players to get frustrated, but it still feels a bit lame. Supposed very important moment for the story, and yet you can't feel it in gameplay at all, I don't like it. I wanted Theresa to kick my ass so hard I wouldn't be able to sit for a week. Even H stages are kinda meh for some reason. Not that I'm mad. Just dissapointed.
@@rw6611 mmm yea admittedly I don't find a dps race to be particularly enjoyable so that's probably why I'm kind of apathetic to the boss design. But I get what you're saying; this boss stage and the chapter itself is def Too catered towards newbies despite the story content most def Not meant for newbies. It's pretty wack ch.14 is available after completing ch.1. But I guess hg decided to prioritize the experience of newbies flooding in during this lim banner rather than the current players' experience which is unfortunate for many of us.
