I remember when I got into guitar as a music class in high school and actually learned half of the song on my own. Ot wasnt as fancy as this but I was still proud to figure out the notes on my own from listening to the piano version

Hello, fisrt ty for the video it is being very useful. But as I am an amateur guitarist I have some doubts. In part number 7 it says "roll" so it seems to me that you don't have to play both strings at the same time. Instead of that you play each string one by one but very fast. After that you continue doing this at some parts of the song but it doesn't appear "roll". So my question is when do I have to play the strings together and when separately. Ty
To play multiple notes, basically we can play them all together, roll them or strum them. For parts that indicate with roll, it was the part that I think will sound great if we roll them. For parts that are not marked with roll, it’s up to the performers to decide whether to include a roll or not, but try to use roll technique in good taste. Different players might end up playing differently, and that is where guitar playing becomes interesting with all the varieties.

The grass is always greener on the other side of the fence. I have a Classical (nylon stringed) guitar and I often think about getting a steel string.
Get the right tool for the job. Some songs are better on steel while others sounds better with the much warmer nylon.
Ima just use the neck pickup on my electric.
