很多人都以为人类不用修行，修行是佛、神、仙、魔、妖、鬼等灵体的事，与人类无关，人只要好好做个人就行了，其他的都不用管。这种想法是错的。人类才是最重要的修行，因为人界是分水岭，一切灵界大众包括佛、菩薩、阿罗汉、金刚、天神、天仙、天龙八部、地神、地仙、魔、妖、鬼都是在人界修炼而成，除了妖族是由动物灵修炼而成的外，其他的基本上由人魂修炼而成。那人是怎样修炼的呢？人是在苦行中修炼的。人生有八苦:生、老、病、死、爱别离、求不得、怨憎会和五阴炽烩等八苦。其中是指与自己欢喜的人或物分离。是指无论用尽何种方法都无法得到自己想要的东西。是指无论用尽何种方法都无法摆脱令自己厌恶乃至憎恨的东西。是指通过自身的眼、耳、鼻、舌、身对外界的感受所带来的痛苦，比如鼻子嗅到臭味会生起厌恶之心，舌头偿到苦味会生起厌离之心等等。在受完这八苦后或同时还要承受由被出卖，被污蔑，被羞辱，被践踏，被孤立，被毒害，被残杀等等所带来的痛苦。在受完种种苦楚后一念慈善成佛称神，一念憎恨坠魔做妖，简单地说佛神与魔妖都是一个念头，这个念头会指使我们的肉身去从善或造恶。一般来说，佛神与魔妖这两个念头是可以互相转换的，当周围环境变了，人的追求不同了，佛神与魔妖这两个念头就会互相转换。因为人在参加六道轮回时沾了不少魔气和妖气，所以人的灵魂是佛魔同体，同住一心。当这个世界是由佛神主宰时便会风调雨顺，当这个世界是由魔妖主宰时便会灾难不断。
希望有缘人努力修行，改邪归正，多做善事积累功德福德，一起营造一个和谐的生活环境。
