Hello I must say you done hell of a great job. I been trying to learn for so long on cutting hair in layers. The only cutting I do is on my heat because I know exactly what I'm doing for lol, which is the ponytail method either I'm doing a bang or just the blunt bob. This my first time watching your video and I have a better understanding on how to do layers. I will start on my mannequin I recently brought the head block and some hair because I want a different hair style. I been natural for bout 2 or almost 2 years now and I just want some different I be braiding it lol I'm bout getting tired of that as well. thanks again
Thank you soooo much!!! Just came across your video and sub! 🙌🏽 I was going to take it to hairdresser that was going to charge me $50 others wanted to charge $60 🤨,but I just came from Sally’s did it step by step and I slayed that cut!!!
That was AWESOME! U make it look so easy. I'm scared 2 death of ruining this piece I paid a lot so I wont be getting another any time soon!😳 You did such a great job on it and u just look so gorgeous! Thanks! Jodi
you covered it all! yes! great video for someone who needs a little confidence and reinforcement of natural hair-styling common sense when they just spent $400 on a wig and it took 8 weeks to get to them, andddd it’s not styled. 🙋🏻♀️
Gurlllll I had to come back to this video because I will be trying this out tomorrow... fingers crossed. Thanks for this video. It was really detailed. I appreciate it
Thank you for this! I'm still a little confused about how to cut the back though 🙈. So we brush it forward and cut below the "guide" section? Or align it then cut?
You’re right! I think why she did it that way is because the hair in the back is already way longer than the front, so bringing it to the front and cutting where the “guide” is, is still going to make the back longer once it’s flipped back. I tried doing this without bringing the back of my wig forward and the back was ridiculously long compared to the rest 😂 hope that made sense!
Thank you so much for this video!!! I have to wear wigs now because of getting stress alopcia from my nasty divorce and so many are too heavy and especially hot now and no salons or anyone close to where I live will touch a wig to cut, color, sew in , nothing and I have no idea what I’m doing. Thank you!
Thank you so much for this video, I have searched high and low for a simple cutting tutorial with structure and not wild guessing.

This tutorial is amazing.. exactly what I was looking for thank you soo much
So you just combed the back of the hair to the front by sections and cut it to match the first cut?
Can you please tell me where you get your wig stand?
Thank you for this! I'm still a little confused about how to cut the back though 🙈. So we brush it forward and cut below the "guide" section? Or align it then cut?
I’m surprised she hasn’t replied lol because that’s what I’m wondering as well
