I think an ender chest would be extremely good for this because, like a chest, it can store shulker boxes, but, think about it. You store all you full shulker boxes in the ender chest, then, another person comes along and puts their full shulker boxes in it, then another person, then another, etc. You can hold thousands upon thousands of items in 1 block. if your crawling in a spot your hitbox is about the size of a full block, which means you can store up to 70,852 items (36 shulker boxes, 1 in your offhand, and 4 armor slots with 4 full shulker boxes in your crafting thing) so not only do you not take up a full block of space, you can transport several stacks of items with just one object
Technically it's a tree sapling because when you grow you get a whole tree and sapling falls back out and you can grow it and the chain keeps on going on and on
If one tree gives 2 seeds, then 2 trees give 4 seeds, then after 1006.5 repeats, you'll have 10^303 blocks, if we note the time for a tree to grow is 5 minutes, then in the spare time, you could harvest iron, get 2^1006.5 minecart with chests, cramm all togheter, and now you have destroyed the universe
You can also store 16 planks in 1 block if you use the 6 sided log block (or the wood block) added in either 1.13 or 1.14, because that's crafted with 4 logs, which each contain 4 planks, therefore storing 16 planks.

@@joshuaeng7396 It's confirmed by the gameplay. If the items were inside the enderchest in the same way that they are inside a normal chest, the items would drop when you break the enderchest. longest answer (yes I copied this from wikipedia): 1 (one, unit, unity) is a number representing a single or the only entity. 1 is also a numerical digit and represents a single unit of counting or measurement. For example, a line segment of unit length is a line segment of length 1. In conventions of sign where zero is considered neither positive nor negative, 1 is the first and smallest positive integer.[1] It is also sometimes considered the first of the infinite sequence of natural numbers, followed by 2, although by other definitions 1 is the second natural number, following 0.

longest answer (yes I copied this from wikipedia): 1 (one, unit, unity) is a number representing a single or the only entity.

“How to maximize your storage”
only applicable to iron bars
I mean it's the same idea
no not really, because you cant access all the chests, you only can really access 1 or two chests. it would be more of a storage for items you probably wont use anytime soon

nevermind that each of these 14 farms is running at the slowest possible speed in this configuration :p
barrel, there is no need of a transparent block over it, smh
But you can't cram the minecart chests into it
@@DoctorGrim456 you can, minecarts can go throug any block in that configuration, i learned that while testing TNT minecart traps
It wouldn’t make any difference anyways as they both hold the same number of items
@@ethennoahsoares589 the point was space usage, bc if shulkers need a slab ober them and that disqualofied them, and chest need a transparent block over them, that should disqualified them, leaving only barrel that don't have such weakness

theoretically couldn't you use loot tables from a data pack to make any block drop any amount of whatever you want?

In the game “The blockheads”(haven’t played in like a couple years), baskets could be in baskets. Chests in chests(they kept their contents and were still stackable even with different contents).

The answer is usually simple, one block but when you really think about it... the mark scheme is wrong, as shown:
