Real OGs know that the Explosive Bow is actually the Torque Bow from the Gears of War series.

My ideas in bringing back siphon:
1. Increase harvest rate
2. Max materials at 750 each
3. After a kill, the player siphons 25 health/shield
I think this is a good compromise.
25 is just too small amount it should be 50
