Thank you for your honesty. I started buying some so called higher end wigs a few years back because I loved how good they looked on the influencers that promoted them. I would follow the same steps they would, yet be confused as to why the hair would start looking and feeling like Brillo in a few months. Now I see it wasn’t me, it’s the bad quality of the hair. It’s not good to start with. I’m also sick of vendors sending reviewers good hair for free, but making us everyday folks waste our money on trash. It makes no sense for wigs that cost hundreds of dollars to mat, tangle and shed worse than some beauty supply store wigs do.
Thanks for commenting. Brands wont purposely send us trash. But it doesn't mean the wig quality is better. As you see in my video, i have the same issues yall have. I just match my expectations to the brand.
@KieRaShon It 💯% does mean that the wig quality is better! They absolutely, without a single doubt DO send y'all far better quality items than what they sell to the rest of consumers! Maybe not EVERY single vendor out there, but yes the MAJORITY of them! I will say that I trust your heart. But that doesn't mean I trust _your_ trust for these goddamn sellers. I don't wear wigs often enough to be considered a "wearer" of them, but I AM professional at altering them and knowing exactly how to handle them. So it's not ever going to be that I just didn't "do what you do" so I'm getting different results. Now, me, I'm not naive enough to fall into paying a lot of money for something just because it jumps onto the RUclips scene being featured in all its cuteness by an "Influencer" or RUclipsr. I read, read, read and do so much research through the gullible guinea pigs that it always comes out to be the same thing and I don't buy! I have, however, had ladies bring me wigs that they want ME to style FOR them (because they've seen what I do with ones of actually quality for those who have to be on stage or set) and then when it doesn't come out the same they question ME for a second until they realize that it doesn't hold up the same either, and _then_ they realize it's not the same quality unit! I've worked with hair long enough to KNOW for an undeniable FACT that they DO send y'all the best quality and sell something else! You're not at home opening these purchases with people and all of these people wouldn't lie. Time and time again. I just wish with all *my* heart that you guys would just ADMIT to this fact. Or at least sit back and CONSIDER that, as trustworthy as that company is appearing to you, maybe you're wrong. I've also worked in Marketing for the last 8 years and you wouldn't _believe_ the tactics that companies use! Even to sell 20% Good quality and 80% Bad, so that SoMe people comment: "Huh? 🤨 Mine was good." Or the majority see the first few initial people say "I love it!" Then they sell out easily all the rest based on that initial spark. Which is why there ends up being so many who say, "I don't get it. This Is Trash!" All YOU do is sit at home and be a billboard. (A very seemingly sweet, caring, Hilarious, fun, beautiful billboard!) But that's what they're depending on. You being relatable to people. That's why you're called an *_Influencer,_* whether you reject the term or not. You don't have to self-identify as one for it to be true that most of these companies are only using that INFLUENCE you have to INFLUENCE people to go buy things! It's literally an Influencer's only job. "Be relatable and trustworthy so they'll buy this from me. I'll handle the rest." is ALL these companies are saying. Period. Quality control is just not something they care about as much as you do. In the beginning, for _most_ of them, it's all about setting the initial reputation. Just for it all to come crashing down very soon after. But by then they've made their money. And poor you have then helped thousands get duped! THIS IS THE REALITY. But as long as you guys are getting your money, and you believe the presentation of the company, you will never hear and never believe us.

its so cute! The color is giving unexpected - THANK YOU for always keeping it authentic on the quality of the wigs. So many people who do show and tell just skip over this thats why my and my wallet will always be here when it's time for a new unit! lol
Great install as always Kie! It seems like as long as you are willing to dedicate time in re-wetting and defining the curls every 3-4 days for the curl definition. I have an all black unit in this same texture and i love it i just need to stay on top of the tangles and the unit matting.

Not the burning bush!!! Lawd have mercy 🥺 😫 this one is cut but will also look "unruly" if it dries down with no curl definition. So make sure to clump and define curls before it dries.
I just received this unit and yes the color is gorgeous. Will be wearing this to an event I’m going to in Miami, Florida. I also bought the Nairobi mousse & the detangling brush you recommended. Don’t have the glaze but will experience with shea moisture curling custard. Ill do a test run before my trip to see if it works 🤞🏽 thanks for the video 💜

I only wore mines twice glueless the first time I didn’t cowash had it on 20 minutes the 2nd time I cowashed took 45 minutes to detangle fixed it up looked bomb until it dried matted so bad I either have to cut it low or trash it smh I wish I would have seen this video before I ordered never again
Yes. You can. If you wet it and put gel or mousse on it and brush through it wet, you can just air dry and fluff it or just use your blow dryer on cool without a detachment.

I ordered this wig and they texted me and said it wasnt available but i cpukd pay an extra $26 for a different wig 🤨. I asked them to refund me my money asap. I dont like that kinda stuff.
This company is such a Scam. The wig I received was a mess. All of the tracks were visible. The hair was bald wispy. Their phone does not work. I spent 6 months going back and forth with them to no avail. Use another company. The influencers get better products!
Now sis, if I get better wigs, why did mine tangle and shed? I know you commented again so I will not hold this comment against you lol. Never go back and forth with a brand. If you have issues with a wig I showcase and you are not getting a satisfactory response from brand, you can email me and I will assist on getting it fixed.

I ordered this wig and they texted me and said it wasnt available but i cpukd pay an extra $26 for a different wig 🤨. I asked them to refund me my money asap. I dont like that kinda stuff.

This company is such a Scam. The wig I received was a mess. All of the tracks were visible. The hair was bald wispy. Their phone does not work. I spent 6 months going back and forth with them to no avail. Use another company. The influencers get better products!
Now sis, if I get better wigs, why did mine tangle and shed? I know you commented again so I will not hold this comment against you lol. Never go back and forth with a brand. If you have issues with a wig I showcase and you are not getting a satisfactory response from brand, you can email me and I will assist on getting it fixed.

Unfortuantelly customer service may need work when it comes to all the orders they recieve. They need a better system.
