Wow. I needed to see this interview. While I followed Cain's career, I wasn't a die hard fan. I was very impressed how this interview was so profound and introspective and it really resonated with me today. I did 5 Ayahuasca ceremonies in Peru in 2013 and as Cain spoke about his experiences I couldn't help but recall some of mine. The way Cain spoke about how the plant medicines had helped, I remembered feeling that and so much lighter about life and my own experiences. Sadly, I don't feel that way anymore as I've allowed myself to be consumed and burned down by the human condition and the state of the world etc. It hurt me to realize this. When Cain spoke of little victories mattering as much as the big ones, it really helped me put some things into perspective. I need to do some work on myself. Thanks Ariel and Cain so much for this interview. It made a difference.
