I am a independent functioning quadriplegic and get have been getting Botox the past 8 year. I get it in my calfs, thigh, hip, arm and neck. It not only get ride of 95% of my tone and spasms but the pain as well. Though the first three days post treatment is hard for me. It’s like my body is getting revenge for being tortured. The tone, spasm and pain are rough but after three days I’m back to functioning for another 11 weeks. Definitely worth it.
I get 10 or so in my left arm and hand, and the rest in my neck and shoulders and scalp.. I will be checking out your channel. I am afraid to watch some of the videos because i dont want to see the seizure. She is so cute. How old is she?
@@Natalie.Fierce She's 9. I think all of the videos with seizures in them say that in the title, so you can just avoid those. I'm so glad to have found your channel! Your videos are so many educational and uplifting!
Ouch that must be rought Natalie. You handled it like a champ. I know when I take my daughter for her vaccines its always so hard to watch, especially when she gets more than one.
Wow you really are a human pin cushion! 20-30! I always felt so bad when Dallas got Botox she was screaming! Hopefully we don’t need it anymore since her SDR surgery. I didn’t know you can get them in your head for migraines?! What a great informative video and I love how you explain why you get Botox. Hi Patricia! Love seeing you in the vids💕💕
Yeah I guess I am a human concoction. I never got botox at Dallas age. I think I was 15 or so I really can't remember. Even though they hurt they help a lot. I'm glad you guys don't have to get them anymore. What is a SDR surgery?
@@Natalie.Fierce I’m so glad that they help you. The surgery Dallas got is called Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy in January. It’s a surgery only for people with spastic CP. We actually made a video about it called What is SDR? It was one of our most viewed for some reason. The surgery only helps for your lower extremities though but we did seem a little difference in her right arm. It’s where they cut the nerves in the spine. You should check out the video though! Dallas explains it in a cute way I think lol
I have CP too, I have to get injections too. I actually got mine yesterday, and they had to put me under sedation for the injections. I am 16 years old, and I lives in the NYC.
Wow, I’m so glad you found my channel. I am 36 years old so someone older than you. Botox sucks. No doubt about it. I’m glad you get sedation for your injections. I’ve been offered that but I don’t like how I feel afterwards so I just put up with the pain during the procedure. I live in Milwaukee Wisconsin I’ve always wanted to spend some more time in New York City. I’ve been there once and saw a couple shows on Broadway and now I’m hooked and want to come back. Thank you for watching and if you don’t mind I’d like to know your name so we can communicate with names. So, I Natalie. My favorite thing about having a RUclips channel is the community of people that leave comments for me. So welcome to Natalie fierce and I hope to see a lot of more comments from you in the future. Thank you thank you thank you
You should! It's really hopeful. Where do you guys live again? The next time I'm at my doctor's office I can ask him if he knows anybody that specializes in Botox in your area. If you want to just let me know
Hi Debi, Any amount of shots is too many! Yes, I have been going to this Dr for 15 years, he and I are very good friends at this point. Thanks for watchng, such a coincidence that you commented because I just got back from my Botox appointment today! Going down for a nap!😂

Yes! Hi Tohbi! Welcome to my Channel and I so appreciate your comment. I have a love hate relationship with Botox as well. Yes absolutely worth it!😀
My daughter also has quadriplegic cerebral palsy. I don't think she's ever had that many Botox injections. That's a lot! Blessings to you!

I'm curious to see how you're feeling in a few weeks! We've never thought about this, but I think we'll look into it.
Could they give you something like laughing gas, like they would do at the dentist? That looked painful :/

And I thought 3 or 4 shots in my right leg was bad. At least you have a nice Dr to keep you distracted

I hope you feeling better now. Do you have any side effect due to botox injections? 😍
