    How do I calculate FTE calculation with target SL and abandoned in BPO with for the day call volume? Suppose volume is 35000, AHT-120, Occupancy 80%, SLA 90% in 20 sec, Abandon target

      It will be calculated on erlang theory.. according to managing time I will also upload vedios on erlang

      Thanks for your good question , Esa nhi h , jis working profile me service time hota h , usme bhi SL hota h , jaise backend me agar koi order complete krne ka time hota like in 2 hrs , 4 hrs etc , to backend me b SL applicable hota h......

      AHT 420 seconds
      Occupancy 75%
