It's interesting how in some parts of the world, malls are dying, online retail is booming. And in others, malls are popping up everywhere... Still, Asean countries have the most impressive malls by far.
With our year round hot and humid weather and high annual rainfall, malls for us are like sheltered town centres which keep us cool and dry when we shop and dine
sepatutnya dibuka di kawasan yg padat penduduk dan yg paling penting ✨wealthy✨ mcm jb/penang ni je pun dah cukup, kalau putrajaya dah ada ioi yg lain tu penduduk sikit tk perlu nk buka mall besar/mewah, aeon je dah cukup
kalau dah boleh rentas negeri, nak pergi pavilion yg baru ni, ioi city mall and lala port! hehehe harap Pavilion will open one shopping mall in Iskandar Malaysia area. .🤲🏼🤲🏼🤲🏼
Dah jadi mcm ni rupanya , dulu duduk Puchong hampir setiap hr la lalu depan ni lepak kat puncak Jalil , balik lewat mlm area ni seram sbb sunyi je , tapi polis rajin buat roadblock bawah station LRT kenrara ke apa yg ada Maybank tu
Malaysia is good in mega infrastructure but more importantly I like to know what type of retail and F&B shops that this mall can bring in. Is important as Park Bukit Jalil has priced RM1k psf in anticipation of a great and good calibre retail support.
Mohon maaf saya nak tanya sikit ....klo from pusat bandar KL ke bukit Jalil berapa minit ye klo ditempuh via perjalanan darat...maaf sebelumnya kerena saya belum pernah kesana....tapi insyaallah klo ada rezeki teringin juga nak ke KL nanti , salam dari Medan .
new competition with sunway pyramid and ioi city mall for puchong people i think it will kill ioi mall puchong but can compete with sunway. The design looks like mid valley combined with setia city mall. Cant wait to visit since im staying in USJ 2. NGL it looks like mid valley in johor bahru.
Yes skyscraper KL mmng dh menarik, tpi saya hrap KL mju dngan skyscraper mcm Toronto di Kanada tpi KL ni terlebih "maju" dngan highway dan bangunan yg bersepah.
It is a neighbourhood mall, so expect more food places and entertainment centres. Good for residents nearby who want to skip Mid Valley jams, outdated IOI Mall in Puchong...
I am very skeptical about how luxury it will be. Be logical, bukit bintang is a tourism area where have many rich people, and definitely have market for luxury. But bukit Jalil?? The road is small, not connected to LRT, no large scale of commercial office building, hotel etc... and suddenly pop up one luxury mall.. something quite doubtful. Anyhow, let see how it end up, really interesting to see.

It will definitely become one of the famous landmarks of Kuala Lumpur :)
it's bad as it's not well connected to LRT despite being so close to Sri Petaling line
You can stop at Awan Besar LRT. There will be bus or walk 1km to the mall.
KL has too many shopping malls, some are doing good and some are dying..
Beautiful. Thanks for this wonderful video.

KL sahaja Ada 3 pavilion. Pavilion kena bukak mall setiap ibu negeri mcm Kat Filipina. Merata tempat mesti ada SM.

It makes economical sense to build malls with residential towers but seems like all developers are doing it, we will have too many malls
Can't wait to move in to Bukit Jalil! Rapid development in BJ is happening now.
have very big garden green area super good
Dlm KL je ada 3 pavillion.... Bukaklah kat JB pulak... Cadangan kat Tebrau dan Iskandar Puteri...

I really wish some other day where developer start to invest in building hospital and clinic as well.
Amazing 🤩

when exactly it is opening
exterior almost similar to JB midvalley
When exactly is it expected to open??
3rd december 2021 official open to public

dont forget the crazy chaos parking lot in sunway pyramid
Same likes mid valley mega mall
Ada mrt atau lrt ka dekat mall ni
Stesen terdekat awan besar....jln kaki 25 minit 1.7 km.
KL PAVILION BUKIT JALIL (MALAYSIA) VS SIAM PARAGON BANGKOK (THAILAND) LUXURY SHOPPING MALL in SOUTH EAST ASIA..

Too many new malls opening up while the old malls are closing down leaving the buildings half empty smh
they should destroy it
3 december 2021 ni opening dia..
The mall design is not nice. The facade on the roof can't even cover up the pump room on the roof😑
In other ways look like mid valley. lol
When someone that haven't go inside it is talking. Lol

Very un-ecofriendly shopping malls. You hardly see any trees
Sepatutnya jgn la namakan mall ni dgn nama pavillion... Nama pavillion ni dah sinonim dgn mall kt bukit bintang...
Yup setuju
