As a westerner I am amazed how much sugar in Asia goes to the regular food cooking .. I have been to asia and most of the food served there is way too sweet for me 🤢 … also very interesting approach on “ meat balls” .. never seen anything like that ….. but I do like watching your vlogs .. I must say you are the most cleanest , well organized person I’ve seen ( and I seen a lot) … I love how everything has a correct place in your home …. But mostly I love watching your shopping and travels …. You vlogs are very well edited I know it takes time practice and talent to do that 🎉

Hello Linna, I know your kitchen is small , but if you can find a place for it an electric slicer / grater would help you so much . I bought one when my eldest started eating veggies and I used it almost every day since . When you cook from scratch every day because you want your children to eat healthy food and plenty of veggies you soon get its worth back . 😊
I love to saute radish leaves in butter, salt and black pepper and serve them with eggs 🍳. I’ve never seen a daikon with leaves before, but I think they would be delicious to prepare the same way!

They've become quite common here in Australia, and I know they're VERY healthy but I always struggle with how to use them AND I find they always make me feel a bit off if I eat it raw - is that just me? I shredded some finely to add to coleslaw BUT I soaked it in cold water after shredding it and that was fine, and pickled is okay but munching a slice off the chopping board is a BIG no no! Agreed, so many processed products has the list of how many grams of sodium/sugar/fat/carbohydrates/nutrients listed on the packaging. Ideally for the human body to function well the sodium daily intake be 1500 to 2000 milligrams. With all processed products being consumed than the daily intake is more than doubled or tripled & no one thinks of looking at the labels. I worked in the hospitals & had patients with hypertension, other issues because of highly processed products.

We love daikon pickles too ! We also like to put daikon in soup! I understand that, sometime daikon I get is not very nice to be eaten raw.
