Edit: oh, or given that the nethers technically a giant cave they could potentially even have hanging villages suspended from the roof.
Not a huge fan of how the roofs are slanted. That isn't just a design choice, but a measure to ensure RAIN rolls off the top of the house. There is no rain in the nether. Instead, I think having a trapdoor floor for ventilation, and a trapdoor roof to let heat escape would be much more logical, to ensure the inhabitants don't boil in their living room.
That was mentioned for the first house, which he gave a flat roof. But since the villagers migrated from the overworld, it makes sense the overworld designs would carry over--even if they have no use. Elements that used to serve a purpose just become stylistic sometimes. However in this case, the villagers would have realized their houses heat up very quickly, and would've poked holes into the roofs to let the hot air rise
It’s quite inspiring. The heat could prove a challenge for architecture. If it was a thing affecting mobs and players in particular. Could be used into consideration when designing a nether hub. For example exotic isolations that keep the heat out for the most part or large scale climate control systems

Hey Faberisty so make a new video about the End villages! That's why Some times in bedrock or maybe java some strongholds genrate under villages cause the villagers made the stronghold but back to the story the after the villagers entered the new dimension they thought they will have a better life but they were WRONG! The end soil was too rough to grow food and The dragon and the ave temperature here is -10 degrees very cold and there was no way to get back to the overworld but t they traveled to other Islands to get away the dragon and they mange t build a cilization! They eat end corpses like end purple plants you see and they made building blocks out of endstone! Generations out of generations they evoled! They forgot what the over world looked like but their ancestors told them stories about the dimension they came frm a beautiful place with trees and lush and they say after defeating the dragon they will return to the over world and conquer the world and have a nice life their but they don't have the technology to do that now!
I mean, I'm not sure I entirely agree that nether colonizing villagers would build kn the lava oceans. I've had a nether village in progress in my main creative world too. Over there, I've decided to have my village hanging from the nether roof, and meeting with the hanging forests in 2 places. I called it "The Trident" in English and gave it some other name in Dutch. The best part about my nether village design? You don't need to build "big" houses because all of their "ground" floors are a good enough distance from the nether roof that you can build up for a few floors. So a 5x5 house is suffeicent for everything, especially with 3-6 stories depending on the villager's needs. I wouldnt mind inviting you to exchange some ideas in the future.
But only zombies attack villagers right? They just need to prevent themselves from burning in lava, so they should live in a warped forest, since crimson forests have piglins and hoglins that turn into zombies when entering the overworld.
The villagers were tired of getting raided, they have made a plan to move to a demension where the illagers would stay out. Ofc, it easier said than done but Many villagers disagree with the idea of living within the hellscape since its a harsh environment. much harder to live in than the desert. While some refuse with the direction of the idea some followed. it was never easy on the first day but as time went by they began to adapt to the environment but by doing so, Imagine they become more hostiles towards Players, Illager and even their own kin from the overworld Edit: nvm scrap the idea of them being hostile towards villagers and players-
Honestly If the villagers went into the nether they would travel between the overworld village and nether village and also would probably have some of their flowers in the nether.
villagers barely survive on their own in the overworld. but the nether would instantly finish them off with all it´s many monsters who are way more aggressive and dangerous than those in the overworld. not to mention there really is no food supply - apart from the mushrooms. even the Hoglins would be to dangerous. maybe the Pillagers could manage to survive down there in H.e.l.l. - until their food runs out. but they would be at least capable hunters.
Tghis made me ask about what would be their relation with the pilgins, in the past the piglins were the most advanced civilization, yes one that has fallen from grace but still looks like they have some knowkedge, at least in weapons and forge (i say forge because the ore blocks they have)

i think this video has some hits and misses. main problem, the village doesn't have the ability to get food from this village. striders don't drop food and the only consistant food sources in the dimension are hoglins and rare mushrooms (red and brown) i also think the architecture is somewhat lacking, you placed only one specialty house when there should have been more, maybe farms for the differing mushrooms, a buture house for hoglin farms, and a zone to kill hoglins using iron golems using the warped fungus to scare then away from a rampage. the materials used are too few, the village should have at least used nether brick and bassult in addition to the blackstone and nylium woods already in use, the overelyance of respawn anchors is also unnecessary when you know villagers can actually sleep in the nether with beds
@@Faberistry thanks i'll expand a bit more on village materials, for if you do. villages usually have three different blocks to make the houses and some other decorative blocks to occasionally break the flow. for an example the normal village uses oak wood, cobblestone and white terracotta with the variations coming from if the oak wood is made of planks, stripped logs or regular logs sometimes they replace cobblestone with mossy cobblestone. in the nether village this would translate to nylium wood, Blackstone and nether bricks, the variations can come from replacing Blackstone with basalt and choosing between stripping the woods or leaving the bark.
