im on a health weight loss thing lost 1stone 19lbs in 7 weeks iv got alot to loose love them pastas but so high in cals think its the mayo what does it but love veg fruit enjoy ur pasta xx
@@kathrynbroome5966 I’m not dieting I’m just trying to eat things that won’t kick off my gallbladder I was 26 stone in 2021 and went down to 19stone just eating healthier so if I lose weight in the long run I’m happy 🙂 x
@@6littlelambs i was 30st year ago went to 23 then up to 27 and now 25/03 iv got underactive thyroids and bin to see plastic sergens as iv got a big mass hanging down and need to loose more and he said he will sort everythign out so feel better but i dont diet i want to eat heal;thy and it goes of you did well to and ty for sharing that with me hun im not alone u feel u are alot ty hunnie xxx
You look like your going in the right direction with your weight loss diets are farz aren’t they once you stop you put back on I hope you manage to get sorted soon 🥰 x
