Am so glad for Erwin’s cancer scare. Because if I understand Aaron correctly, it was the catalyst for him to start this podcast with his Dad, and the wisdom has been amazing! Like today, for instance 8:32 the Control - Trust pendulum is quite the word picture. Gotta stop for now because I only watched Ted Lasso episode 1. Haven’t gotten up to episode 2 yet.

This morning I had time to sit down with the family and overview the frequencies in a kid-friendly way and then we each picked one that we most associated with the others. I'll have to wait for the book to see for sure, but my oldest son quickly was labeled commander by himself and others because he barks orders to his brother all day long. However, I marked him as a professor. There is nothing he cares more about than everyone understanding his perspective and believing what he views as truth, and so most of his orders are motivated by that mindset as a starting point.
