I had used the wet paper towel trick for cleaning the print heads and even though I had successfully done it before this time I made a mess of it. The paper was jamming with Error 34 and I could not see where the problem was. After seeing your video I took a much closer look and found a 5 mm blob of dried, hard paper towel in the works underneath! I finally extracted it with long tweezers and now the MFC-295CN is working again. Thanks for taking the time to make the video!.
