In our fast-paced world, it's easy to succumb to the pressure of doing more, but it's equally important to recognize the value of doing less. This is something I'm still learning. I often put pressure on myself, because I feel like I could have done more, as a creative, as a mom, as a daughter, as a sister, as an aunt, as a friend. Some days, my life feels like a whirlwind of creativity and inspiration, where ideas flow effortlessly, and I'm in the zone. But then there are those other days, the ones where the most significant accomplishment might just be tackling that ever-growing pile of laundry and, if I'm lucky, managing to detangle my hair. And you know what? That's perfectly okay.
Have a blessed Sunday & a fruitful week ahead 🙏🏾

i have been binge watching tex lax videos for 3 days. my hair is 100 the same as your and past bra strap length. i have a young son and its overwhelming. This is exactly what i do and go through weekly. i have realized the longer my hair became the thicker it got and the more work it gave me. thank you for sharing.

Thank you for showing what a realistic life looks like. We don't always need to be doing more, on the go, loud and all over the place. I strive to live a calm, quiet, simple life now. This is so beautiful to see. 😊

Thank you so much 👏🏾 I feel like social media is always showing an unrealistic view of what life is not.. I’m glad you enjoy my videos, trying to show how life really is.

Thanks again for sharing your time and such comforting words. Your videos are always so soothing visually and the music calms me so much. 😌You’re showing and reminding me it’s okay to pace myself and not overdo my days. Always thankful for when I can accomplish some of my to do list, even if it’s just a little task. The list seems never ending but I always feel good to see some progress. Progress, not perfection is enough for me. Loving your little laundry helper. Precious is he. ❤ And you make detangling hair look so easy. I’m trying to get motivated for wash day and I know I have some knots to tackle after wearing top buns that start to get matted. 😵‍💫So far, Camille Rose Naturals are my favorite remedy for my wiry gray. Your demonstration and tips are very helpful. I get worried that I’m going to experience hair breakage though…love your strong thick strands. You handle and wear it well!!
Just wanted to say thanks again I hope you have another week of learning new things that bless you. Praying an abundance of grace, peace and joy be our portion today and always as we cast our cares on HIM because HE care for us and know that HIS burden is easy and HIS load is light.❣️❣️❣️

Thank for the video! Do you ever use the purple shampoo and conditioner? I always heard it should be used to help keep the silver strands from turning brassy.
    Blessing to you!

You’re welcome. Yes I use it once in a while (probably once or twice a year). When my hair is turning yellow-ish.

LoL! Why do we make those faces and ball our lips up when we detangle our hair?

face of frustration. all this was too familiar. my hair is exactly the same. I had to share this with my Ma because she relaxed our hair as children and she has no idea what this texture is like. She used to ask me why i put so much water on my hair. SMH. @samanthapollack hair is beautiful. great job
