Serge was incredible with his arms down by his sides and twisting shots but disappeared on other poses.
side triceps was fantasic, but his poor back means lat spread and rear double bi were weak
I've heard Chris Dickerson say something similar in an interview. I've got a feeling he wasn't fully into a contest prep mode when this was filmed. There's pictures on google where he seems bigger & harder. In the 70's they didn't juice all year long so he may have been mid way so to speak. There are some shots where he looks unreal but he mainly took pictures of his strong poses. He had a pretty cool life with all the French movies & stuff but there were some strange situations around his death I didn't want to get into because no one knows for sure what went on. He was still in great shape at 65 & did his last guest posing at that age. Thx for watching & commenting.
His BDB was so weak in this video I edited it out. I try to show the best of these guys (especially the older legends) unless it's a bubblegut video, ect.

Lou made a movie in 1993-94 called Stay Hungry about his comeback & prep for the 1st Mr. Olympia Masters.. I was thinking about doing a comparison between Pumping Iron Arnold vs. Stay Hungry Lou. IT will be time consuming but I'll eventually make it. It will show Lou winning the Universe; in Pumping Iron & how he looked in 93-94.

They took time off back then and that's what I thought too. I agree he is clean or may have a little left from his last cycle. When on he has a harder look. He looks cut but not the hardness or complete size like when on for a contest. He probably took small cycles but I've heard the Sups back then were pure & strong.
