Could and would listen to Kevin Sullivan all day. It would be great if someone got a round table of older territory wrestlers together and put it on youtube. Ron Fuller, Kevin Sullivan, Jim Cornette, Jimmy Hart, Dutch Mantell, Tom Prichard to name a few.
Bruce P and Robert F should be thrown in their too. Back to the Territories Cornette and Prichard is a great watch.

Rs, Kevin Sullivan was One of the hardest wrestlers to beat on wcw first Nintendo game they made.. I had to keep sticking and moving cuz he just keeps coming like Jason Voorhees.. sometimes I had to trick him and beat him by count out 😁

👍 Big Fan of Kevin. He is one wrestler I would enjoy meeting. Fascinating career and his week to week heel turn in early 1980’s to this day my favorite storyline. Glad to hear him credit Brad Armstrong. I lived in Alabama for few years and Bob and Brad were huge fan fav. Brad was a amazing athlete and worker. Should’ve been a superstar.
No doubt Brad should have been a star. Bob was working Knoxville where I lived when boys were young. Got to see all of them as true rookies. More beginners I guess as most workers actually has time under belt before introduced as rookies. Brad from from first time I saw him was great. Actually saw all the boys before ever started playing in ring after matches and he and Steve would square off in damn good scraps. Better then some of workers!

Kevin Sullivan was the greatest heel.i couldnt stand him as a young kid watching him in his feud with dusty and blackjack.he played the character better than a Hollywood actor.he was pure gold.
I wish you would have gone on a bit more about Roy Shires - how did he go down hill so quickly at the end ?
Please, also interview KS about the storyline he did with Bob Roop in Shires' promotion, where Roop injures Sullivan's "dad." Roop said KS came up with the storyline.

Drops that Brad Armstrong comment about being who he was in the locker room on the shtick... I watched a video of a bunch of Smokey Mountain guys saying happy birthday to Bill Apter.. Brad did this thing where he acted like Bill Apter and made fun of him a bit.. it was such a different side of him..not being so seriously polite n whatnot....
i swear JR, Sullivan, Corny, AA, and nearly everyone says about the same thing, to the word about Brad Armstrong. He was the best that didn't get the push, if his personality behind the scenes came out in the ring, etc, etc....what could've been

Don Leo Jonathan a good giant. Tanaka and Fugi a good tag team.
Paul Boesch was probabley the best Payoff man . Gulas was a crook whose home looked like a forttress . He feared people getting even with him

I’m going to have to disagree with him. I’m 63 and in the 80s we would drive 3 hours to go watch the Freebirds and Road Warriors. Those places were sold out just about every arena they worked. I can’t ever remember saying. I would drive 3 hours to see the Rock and Roll or Midnight Express. These interviews bring back great memories 👍

Richard Sartain and Greg Evans. Yes, they would just be classified as nobody journeyman jobbers to you and me. I don't think either guy ever won a match.
