It's a Systema TV boy, they made them in the early 90's, there is also a version that looks like an evercade that came with 2 control pads, all the games are VCS2600 ROMS

I found this for 1000 yen used in a store a few weeks ago, and didn't know what it was, and a quick online check didn't make it clear what it was...
I mention it in a podcast uploaded to RUclips...
I can only guess that the RUclips speech recognition in that upload recognized "TV Boy" mentioned a few times and the algorithm led me here...
Technology is amazing!
And now wishing I bought the TV Boy and hope it is still there when I go back 😅
