    Just to help out my fellow crafter, when you get to 21:30 the video speeds up. To follow along at regular speed rewind to 10:25 when she starts the pattern for the side leaf. It is an exact repeat. When you get to 20:35 again, stop and jump to 26:40 to finish

      HUMMING BIRD....I totally thought the same thing. But I also thought when doing the rows, they were sure to be even on both sides. So I frogged my project numerous times before I saw the video and realized I was doing it right the entire time. Funny part is like my sister told me, nothing is made perfect in nature either so it is perfect to her. 😁

    Thank you so very much for sharing this with us. I absolutely love your videos, as they are so helpful and easy to follow. I am a self taught crocheter and through videos like yours I'm still learning new and more challenging things. Yet your video made it so easy for me to make a fall wreath for my sister. Thank you so much!!! Also I did want to ask, is this a pattern you could possibly do in other types of stitches such as half double crochet or even a double crochet?

    • @handmadebyraine
      @handmadebyraine  Год назад

      Thank you, Angel! I'm so glad to hear my tutorial was helpful to you. I can only imagine how pretty your fall wreath turned out. You could try other stitches, I have never tried with this pattern, and not sure how it would look because Irish crochet like this one uses just single crochet stitches. But you can always experiment. Happy crocheting!

    Hello, I'm currently working on the larger leaf and after row 10 I have 9 SCs. In row 11 the pattern tells me to skip one stitch and crochet 10, but how is that possible if you only have 9? I'm kinda confused, I might be missing something, pls help 😵

    • @handmadebyraine
      @handmadebyraine  13 часов назад

      You start round 10 with 5ch and sc in 3rd, 4th and 5th ch from hook - that is 3sc, plus 8sc, total 11sc.

      I meant to speed up the video at that point because it's just a repetition of the first side. I realize my voice sounds funny 😃 and I should have muted the sound. It was one of my first videos and I have learned a lot since, so hopefully this is a little excuse for the hiccup.

    Love your finished leaf but I found it very difficult to follow, rewound a few time and frogged but nope it wasn’t happening for me. The second leaf lack of instructions was my final attempt!
    Also the camera would be much more beneficial more on to where you are working, you’ve wasted a lot of demonstration area. I kept trying to zoom in to see what the part you are working on looks like but couldn’t see further down as it’s off screen. Beautiful leaf though you made x
