Honey tree farm are some hard working folks. The amount of work they do in a day is beyond me, harvest and replanting right away. The constant growing is impressive.

Me too, but I wasn't at all surprised that their energy would be fully encompassed by their work and social life - it seemed full to bursting to me! I was very glad that they shared their amazing story as much as they did - generous. :)

Thanks for this Jason. I'm glad you felt relaxed getting off of your homestead and helping your friends with their greenhouses. That was a lot of end walls you had to install. I'm glad they sent you home with a bunch of fresh produce and herbs. Yay, you finally got the two pigs in your freezers today too. What an accomplishment! The prosciutto you have in the cool box trailer has to hang in there how long? You guys are amazing in all the things you do on your small piece of land! I'm very inspired and impressed by all you do.

Oh wow, it's great to see Honey Tree Farm is still around. I thought something had happened and that they may have gone out of business. Guess they just gave up on posting videos on RUclips.

You can make a tunnel from recycled trampoline frames. I’ve made 3, the largest was 75’ long. We can collect frames for free around where I live. Some people might even drop them off if they really want to unload them. We use the straight pieces to make a connecting rod down the middle and roll up sides. 🤓

If you didn't, putting the pork belly in the freezer for a half hour before trying to slice it (get it ALMOST frozen) makes it easier to get thin slices.

Suggest: adding a large washer to the screw which holds the furring strip would give it a better chance of holding in the wind.

Great video Jason- I love Honey Tree Farm - I started growing Kohl Rabi after watching you at their farm a long time ago & he asked you to try it. Amazing plant- I eat it raw, pickle it & use it in my pickled coleslaw as well as cooking with it. Great vege haul you guys have from there & well done to the Girls for their work too. Cheers Denise- Australia

So wish I lived near Honey Tree Farm. They have great vegetables all year round. I have a place about 30 minutes from me but they charge Washington DC Prices. They go there and think should be able charge same here. So I can't afford to buy from them weekly but usually once a month. God Bless and Peace from WV

This was great. I hadn't realized how easy and simple it was to do end walls on tunnels. And a Charlie short. If dogs played a musical instrument it would have to be the banjo because like Steve Martin has said " you can't play the blues on a banjo" 😄👍

Yes. Do the DIY hoop house w the metal pipe bender.
We got one. In order to add on to our existing tunnel. & haven’t used it yet.
    Hoping to in the spring.
