I always use a good quality disinfectant and always use hot water (not hot enough to melt or ruin the grooming tools though), it's important as horses can get some minor to serious skin infections etc from dirty brushes. They can even pass it from horse to horse if they are not disinfected. Ideally, you should only use brushes on one horse, but like so many of us we can't afford different grooming tools for every different horse, but still important to disinfect. Shampoo won't kill most bacteria. Thanks for the vid 😀
I know I'm really late but for other readers, The pink and grey brushes are Oster The purple and blue dandy brush/hard brush is Roma The face brush is Bentley And I'm not sure about the shedding blade or curry comb
when you dry your brushes put the bristles facing down so the water doesn't make the glue lose an make them fall apart :)
thx I didn't know that
Thank you I need to clean my trainers tack and brushes so this is very helpful
Thank you!

I check a lot of woodworking handbooks. These one from woodprix are the best.
dont put wooden brushes in water because if u leave it it will get moldy
ya it will crack to but still good video and i have a wood brush but its water proof
Just buy new ones
Why would you waste your money when you could just wash them?
