I wonder what Taka's exercise routine is, cuz he's so darn fit. I mean, when I was 36, I was already aching all over LOL. Can't imagine jumping and running around a 2 hour concert constantly singing *on pitch*... Man, he's crazy good (and the others too). And they have so much time still on their hands. I wonder what they will be like in the next 20 years of their carrer. But Jaron, when are you going to start doing their acoustic songs? :P And a comparison of the same song from the beginning of their carreer to a recent performance. :) (for example Kagerou from 2007 and 2023) That would beeee fuuuun. You have to be consistent with training and exercise.. if you exercise today and then you rest too long like more than 1 month it will fucked up your body system.. at least doing 1 exercise per week.. if you doing more exercise in week you have to rest like 1 or 2 days only.. 5 days exercise 2 days rest.. that’s the correct way to maintain our health and stamina.. well if you have free time that is.. if busy working 1 per week is enough..
@@snowfreezer2863 5 days exercise is pointless, it's called overtraining for most people, unless you are a bodybuilding competitor. Watch Dr, Mike Israetel's videos, he's a sport scientist. :) Exercising 3, max 4 times a week for 1 hour is more than enough training for the average person to stay fit. I've been lifting for 7 years, 3 times a week, and built a ton of muscle for a female. :) That said, even regular training won't make your *age* go away. That's just fact. Your joints aren't getting younger. :)) Taka probably does a fair amount of cardiovasculat training (I am guessing running), as that builds stamina. He looks fine, he has some muscles on his arms (can't judge the rest, he never seems to take his shirt off, but his legs are skinny, so I BET he doesn't squat under load) but not a ton, so at most I would guess he does supplement his routine with some bpdyweight exercises like pushups.
I was at that live performance. It was so much fun. Their energy live is isane. I would love if you listenwd to "Cant wait". I only found it by chance on RUclips bacuase its only availble on the japanese Eye of storm album. But its one of my favs. So hope people dont miss out on it.
