That floor is an atrocity. The kitchen wall should not have been there. Open kitchen would make the place look bigger and majestic. The windows in the bedrooms do not belong there, they are old fashion. But the VIEW. Well, that is its selling point.

Based sa design pagnakaroon ng drainage or leak problem ang house na Ito sakit ng ulo yan ng would be buyer. Mas practical na ngayon na exposed na Yung plumbing water and drainage pipes para easy to repair.

Most people are changing their plans and going to Vietnam and Thailand to get much better prices on the same quality or better quality homes, and an improved infrastructure. They could list it for $10 billion if they want to. It doesn't mean they're going to get it. Ok i dont get the design.. the 2nd basement is like.. a really big guest house??? Or a really big maids quarters/driver... For a big lot it has few rooms.. the jalousy windows are like eww😂 .. this is overpriced or prolly mahal ang lupa at tinipid ang bahay 😂

hind magaling ang nag design ng house .. at sa mahal dapat harwood ang flooring nito… ang daming area n dapat nilagyan ng BIG WINDOWS .. meaning windows are too small
