I like the idea of a convertible Mustang but I think it would've been so much cooler to get a hard top version.
And not to mention how similar it looks to the real thing. Rockstar doesn't care anymore.
They don’t with the similarities to the real model, wish they’d atleast care about some of the customization features and buggy issues like the hands on the steering wheel but correct, they don’t care.

@@justingonzalez1880 Rockstar been doing that for past few DLCs, they never bothered to fix them. They literally called their company for "Rockstar", yet their cars have poor quality control and buggy issues.
I bet all the cars in GTA VI will have some quality control and issues. If they named their company "Rockstar", then everything they release should be 100% perfect, including the vehicles and weapons.
With how popular GTA is and how popular the dominator car is, it's free publicity
@@automation7295bro, not trying to defend Rockstar or anything but this game is 10 years old and Gta VI will launch in 2025, there's no way in hell they're going to put 100% effort into modelling an online vehicle.
I really hope Rockstar learns how to separate customisation on GTA 6.
I hate when there's a bumper that looks cool but you are forced to have a ugly diffuser and canards.
Same thing with the hood options when you're forced to have those ugly ahh hood pins.
It was probably given to their Interns
They should give all parts optional variations with diffusers, canards, etc.

Right this the first convertible mustang. All the other stangs are hardtop. I have all of them. I always wanted the droptop stang.

@@angelgjr1999slow? It has the same specs as the XO,which is faster and better than the asp. The ASP isn't even all that good wh3n compared to other cars.
The GTA-Version of taillights has additional sections for turning light and reverse light. Just a better safer virsion is in game.

But sequential turn signals are so cool
I think it's so they can still get away with the design. Because I remember the GTT has a simillar tail lights but only the 3 middle ones light up, so it ends up looking closer to the boss 302
The front end and back end look amazing for a GTA remake, rockstar captured the car's lines almost perfectly!

All S2ks are convertible.

Why are y'all tripping, they can't sue over a slight similarity. As long as it doesn't say ford or mustang they could never sue.
Doesn't matter if they 3d mapped the car directly from Ford if it doesn't say ford or mustang there is zero licensing issue which means there is zero chance of a lawsuit..
And even if they would avoid a lawsuit and settle out of court by creating a licensing contract to give them royalties..too simple.

15:50 They seem to love to block the gauges with the player's hands. I think this is intentional because they know the speed is way off from real life, and they don't want you to see it. That's my theory
If they added the option for different color stripes on all cars, like blue or red, i feel like there would be so many more vehicles that could be made into movie/tv/game vehicles.
U know I hope they add turn signals in gta6 for like takeovers and racing or even roleplay
They could do it like saints row 3 and the blinkers activate when you using your gps and to turn left or right
I think they do exist in IV and V on PC. Would be cool to map buttons on consoles for turn signals

Given how they've added separate cabrio versions of other cars later on in the past (and in this very dlc for the vigero zx) I think I'll hold off on this one to see if they add in a hard top version at some point.
That deep front grille kind of looks like the Rocket Mustang that Jeremy Clarkson drives in the very first episode of The Grand Tour. Not quite as large but pretty close. For that reason alone I hope they do a hardtop further down the line.

What’s funny about the front bumper options and the splitters, is that they’re exactly what you see on 90% of the S550 GTs when you go to a meet, or see one on the Highway. They’re all the same🤣

My grandma sold her 2006 ford mustang a while ago. I miss it sometimes, i loved that mustang.
The “Bluetooth steering wheel” happened because R* didn’t adjust the first-person camera,when you adjust the suspension. So in third-person your character still holds the wheel normally. It’s just the first-person view that they fucked up.
The ecola plate looks like the dealership plates that they have that tell you what year a car is

interestingly enough the original Dominator, the Dominator ASP, and Dominator GTX can all be spotted in the GTA 6 trailer, wonder if this one will be making an appearance in the game as well

The GTX is pretty nice looking tbh. What's ruining it is the stupid handling flags and the horrible wheel fitment. I put fender extensions on it and made the wheels fit with a trainer and it looks so awesome. It's a shame we can't do it in the vanilla game. Fingers crossed for GTA VI to have that feature

I'm guessing adding two extra tail light strips on each side is the only thing keeping them from getting sued.
They should either make hardtop roof an option or rename this the Dominator GT Cabriolet if they add another coupe version in the next dlc.
Wheels look a little weird sadly, a bit too small and too much space around it. Keep suspension stock to avoid the steering wheel being too low.

There was a film that featured a purple Dodge Challenger convertible. Its appearance seemed unconventional due to the car's inherent proportions that do not typically align with those of a convertible. However, considering the context of the game, I found it to be aesthetically pleasing.
