Hey Mate. A few other developers are making their maps available via subscription. So for a fair price they can use the maps. All done through Escrow of course. Is that something you would consider ? :)
Most likely blender3d with sollumz plugin, codewalker tools and openiv. Could also be using 3dsmax with gimz plugin. Lots of tutorials, free downloadable resources and helpful development communities. The blender 3d plugin sollumz disord is filled with tutorials, resources and a community of developers and artists that help eachother.
