Tried to kick all the meds the doctor has me on last month but it's a lost cause. My depression, anxiety, and anger come back so fast when I stop my meds. I hate having to be that way but after being beaten so many times in life sometimes it's what needs to be done to stay on track

I feel for you brother. My whole adult life I have suffered from depression. Tried to cut my life short by running my truck into a tree. That was 25 years ago. I have been in counseling for awhile now. 11 years sober, 12 years in April. Don't worry about falling off the wagon. This is my 3rd time trying to quit. I'm 55 and handicapped because of all the drugs and drinking. The Lord has a plan for you. Take one day at a time. Baby steps. God bless. Stay healthy. The first step is to admit you have a problem. Dude, I struggled with this in Michigan for decades. I always looked forward to the fall and deer season but it was like a double edged sword. With it came overcast cloudy weather, everything turned brown and grey and cold and my season depression and anxiety would creep in. I struggled through the winter months in agony until august of 2019 when I finally moved to sunny Florida and my life changed. All sun, all the time. I will return to Michigan for vacation and to hunt again at some point put I feel some healthy and normal here. It took a lot of strength and courage but there are no more dreary depressing days or weeks or months on end.

We are all human brother we all make mistakes the key is you learn from them and grow from it i was in and out of jail on probation tether prison as a younger guy but i learned from it and grew i have been of paper for over 20 years now with out a single ticket our no trouble wont ever put myself in a situation to get in trouble life gos on my friend

I would find some different friends, especially if they know the problems you are facing and still find it ok to sit back and watch you get shit faced and then get behind the wheel. Even if you dont have any cash they will give you time to pay. Its all about the mighty evil dollar my friend and its wrong but that's how the courts work. Once they get you in the system they make it hard as hell to get out.

@@LTOutdoors15 at least get a court appointed attorney my man. Courts don t understand anything but screw you over especially without a lawyer. Just tell them you will pay whatever they want. Even if you dont have any cash they will give you time to pay. Its all about the mighty evil dollar my friend and its wrong but that's how the courts work. Once they get you in the system they make it hard as hell to get out.
