Maybe u can try cleaning helix piercing with saline water? When I got mine it took around 3 months to heal (while the lobe piercing I got on the same day was 3 weeks). At first my helix was very swollen & even had some liquid (yuckk!!) .. but it got better in 2-3 weeks after I sprayed saline water ard my piercing twice a day & cleaning it w a cotton swab
i have a helix piercing at the exact same spot on my right ear (from what I can tell lol..) it's been 3 months since I've gotten it and my flat helix I got at the same time seems to be healing much faster 🙃. I would recommend switching over to a stud earring if you haven't already. hoop earrings tend to move around a lot which isn't best during the healing process.

I got mine a year ago, also in august. It fully healed I think after 9 or 10 months. But I do have to say, it was also due to my carelessness. Took my piercings out twice, one or two months after getting it done, because I had to take scans twice for the removal of my wisdom teeth. I also never got my labrets sized down (still have to do it🙈).
